I read about this the other day but did not post it as I did not want to be seen as hogging the forum as I am only a newby.

After reading this article I thought "well big brother is hitting the steroids now then!"

In fact I heard a few weeks ago, about a computer system being built, that will basically make an interactive map of the globe.

Using the information that they have of the worlds population and there habits cultures ect. They will be able to run simulations of various scenarios and be able to preempt unrest in certain areas, preempt wars and even preempt how they will react and in which ares they will congregate ect.

This Spy Machine of DARPA's sounds like an arm of this.

how do you know its not up and running or parts of in place already.

Don`t they have to prove it works and possible before getting any money?

Very good point, that would account for the seeming increase in speed of the things that they are doing, maybe they have already profiled us all and know that we are all thinking?
