When I received this first email, my stomach churned, I went cold and felt sick, then I had tears in my eyes. How can certifiably insane people be left in control of this Emerald of a planet. The time has come to expose these insane people and hold them accountable for their inhumane ways. I'm going to cut and paste, word for word, what has transpired over the weekend through emails I sent and received.

I am Jeremiah Jourdain of the Cree and Metis Nations. I am seventy four years old and went to residential school in Manitoba and had three brothers die in there. I have worked for over ten years now with Kevin Annett - Eagle Strong Voice and I know him to be a very good, brave and honest man and a man of God.

I have been sick for some months or I would have spoken before this.

Many things have been said about Kevin Eagle, mostly by people who do not know him and have never really spoken with him. I do know him well, and I am disgusted with the latest plan to destroy his character that is being done by staff workers at Coop radio in Vancouver. They are the worst scumbags and liars for the garbage they are saying about Kevin. Have they no honor and shame?

I am ending my silence now because they're trying to destroy Kevin Eagle is not stopping, and their lies are becoming enormous. People lie about an innocent and just man because they fear and hate him, or because their own garbage is being exposed by him. In Kevin's case, both of these are true.

I am one of the people who shared the truth with Kevin that he talked about on his radio program and that got him banned, about how the Mounties are killing our indigenous women and have worked with the Pickton murderers. I used to work for Indian Affairs and the RCMP as an advisor so I know many of these people and I know how they operate.

I have known for some time that Vancouver Coop radio is one of the listening posts the feds keep going to monitor who is doing what in the downtown east side. The station won't get its funding unless it does this. The RCMP E Division is controlling things at the station. I know their agents work at the station and they get rid of programmers like Kevin who get close to exposing the really bad things like child rapists and the body dumping sites the government uses with the Americans.

Years ago they murdered a coop radio programmer called Tom House because he found out about the drug money being laundering through Coop radio. Guatemalans knifed him on hastings street. Those Guatemalans worked for the CIA and are contract killers.

Kevin Eagle has already met with the woman who helped to frame him at the station and she admitted in writing what she did. She is part native and part Arab and she has worked on the street for 20 years. We all know her and she is a bad drug dealer and is in debt with a pimp called Eduardo who does jobs for the feds like kill people. Eduardo is Guatemalan and is the cousin of one of Tom House's killers. It's all in the family like they say.

The feds paid this woman to fool around and do drugs with a man called Justin who they made up to look like Kevin. Justin is out of the country now and will never be traced because he has CSIS connections. He's ex military and does protection for the child traffickers.

There is a woman on coop radio staff named Leela who is the liason for the feds and she knows everything. She arranged with the Mounties to set Kevin up at the station that night, she got another staff guy to let the woman and Justin in to do their shit in front of the cameras. Leela is the one behind getting rid of Kevin and blackening his name. She and a lawyer for the feds called Freya Zoltz who was put on coop radio board by the feds.

That's what's behind what's happening to Kevin and it will get worse. Freya is telling every alternate radio station they'll be sued if they allow Kevin on the air. They are really scared about what Kevin knows about how the government is involved in child trafficking and the snuff films, and they are out to destroy him once and for all.

I know more including names and dates. I am putting that in another document I will put in safe keeping.

I want to say to any honest man or woman left at coop radio, stop playing along with these criminals and liars. Kevin Annett is the best white man I have ever met and he is the one person who helps the real Indians, our homeless men and women who don't sell themselves for a dollar like all the chiefs do. He has never taken a penny for his work even though he is in poverty and blackballed. He has given his life for people like the woman who framed him and all the thanks he gets is abuse and lies.

I don't have any hope for our world when these lies can win like they are doing and good men like Kevin are being so easily destroyed. For god's sake stop this and know the truth. Help Kevin Eagle and everybody being wronged.

Dear Fellow Community Radio programmers and members:





Officers of the state-funded National Campus and Community Radio Association (NCRA) have recently asked each of you to collude in a criminal conspiracy, censorship and defamation campaign against community activists and programmers at Vancouver Co-op Radio (CFRO 102.7 FM).



In an email dated December 14, 2010 from Shelley Robinson, Executive Director of NCRA, it was falsely claimed that veteran programmer Kevin Annett has “defamed” Co-op radio station staff, and should therefore be prevented from speaking on all campus and community media airwaves across Canada.



In reality, Kevin Annett has not defamed anyone, but merely commented publicly on his banning without due process from Vancouver Co-op radio airwaves on August 9, after he had aired hard evidence of government and RCMP complicity in the murder of aboriginal women in league with the Pickton serial killers.



Describing actual words and actions of station staff, as Annett did after his banning, is not libelous. Annett stated the truth: that station program director Leela Chinniah pressured him to not allow certain witnesses onto his program “Hidden from History”, and fomented opposition against Annett at the station after he had aired the evidence implicating police officers with a "snuff film" operation run by the Pickton serial killers.



Kevin Annett and his lawyers have established that he is the victim of a covert dirty tricks frame-up instigated by RCMP agents and Co-op radio staff on July 20, based on statements obtained by the very operatives who engaged in the smear against Annett on Co-op radio premises that day.



In fact, by being falsely and publicly accused of “defaming” Co-op radio staff, it is Kevin Annett who is being libeled and defamed by Chinniah, staff and Board members, and now the state-funded NCRA, at the behest of government lawyer and NCRA officer Freya Zoltz, who was appointed to the Vancouver Co-op Radio Board recently.



This attack is not confined to Kevin Annett. Alfred Webre, another programmer at Vancouver Co-op radio, was also banned from the airwaves and his program, Monday Brownbagger, was unilaterally cancelled, after Webre challenged Chinniah and her staff for their censoring, banning and defamation of Kevin Annett.



In the words of Alfred Webre (December 16, 2010),



I am a member of Coop Radio and am a programmer and investigative reporter (2000-present) with the Monday Brownbagger program, which was illegally and improperly terminated by Coop Radio on Dec. 9, 2010, without any cause or notice to me or opportunity to respond.

The illegal course of action at Coop Radio, in my judgment as a member of the Bar of the District of Columbia and a Judge on the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Tribunal, stems from a conspiracy by specific Coop Radio staff and Board Members to initially participate in and subsequently to cover up an act of COINTELPRO illegality at the station premises, directed at fabricating false evidence against programmer Kevin Annett for purposes of terminating his tenure at his program HIDDEN FROM HISTORY, as Kevin had begun naming the names of Vancouver Police Department officers who were implicated in the ritual murders of young aboriginal women at the Pickton Farms.

The Monday Brownbagger was terminated after I - in my capacity as an investigative reporter with the Monday Brownbagger - wrote several letters to the Board of Directors and the staff of Coop Radio demanding an internal investigation of the COINTELPRO incident and alleged video-tape falsely depicting Kevin Annett, and determining staff culpability, as there is now prime facie evidence in the form of a sworn statement by one of the participants in the COINTELPRO criminality at the station.

Thus, any action in this matter must proceed with a criminal investigation of the Coop Radio staff and Board who have initially caused and then covered up these criminal acts. We seek to make a criminal complaint with the appropriate law enforcement authorities against Coop Radio, its staff and Board Members for criminal conspiracy, fraud, and criminal betrayal of the public trust.

As well, every programmer at Co-op radio has been told that they will lose their program if they allow Kevin Annett on their show. And other stations, like CHLY radio in Nanaimo, have been threatened with lawsuits by Co-op radio lawyer Gerald Fahey after Kevin Annett appeared on their programs.



Why this Censorship and Fear Campaign?



We believe there are two forces behind this gross censorship, defamation and criminal actions against Kevin Annett, Alfred Webre and their supporters: a) Annett’s public exposure of the criminal collusion of the RCMP and government officials in the murder of aboriginal women in Vancouver, and b) the federal government-CRTC's new policy * of tacitly controlling alternative media in Canada by encouraging corporate funding of public radio, enunciated on July 22, 2010: the very week that the dirty tricks operation against Kevin Annett took place on Co-op radio premises. By imposing a single policy on community radio and allowing corporate funding of stations, as is occurring at Vancouver Co-op radio through an impending deal with multi-billionaire Jim Pattison, the new government attempt to centralize and control community radio requires a silencing of any critics of this attack on free and independent media.



Thus, at the December Annual general Meeting of Vancouver Co-op radio, new board members were not allowed to be questioned, discussion was severely restricted, and programmers were railroaded to sign a statement allowing them to be banned from the air if they “offended or alarmed” station staff.



The enormous fear and censorship campaign now being directed against one man, Kevin Annett, by the government-funded NCRA cannot possibly be justified by a bogus claim of Annett’s “defaming” Co-op radio station staff, when the latter have themselves violated station policy and the law in banning Annett from the airwaves and cooperating in his public character assassination.



This attack on Kevin Annett, Alfred Webre and any community radio station that airs their story is a gross assault on free speech, and represents only the beginning of state-sponsored censorship of free public media across Canada.



We ask you to not give in to these McCarthyite “guilt by association” tactics imposed by the NCRA and their government and corporate string-pullers.



Please provide an open forum on your airwaves for the full truth of these events, and Kevin Annett’s evidence of ongoing genocide against native people in Canada: for the sake of hundreds of missing aboriginal women, and for your own freedom and right to air unpopular issues.

4. Ron Hamilton, aboriginal male in his late fifties, tribal council official and counsellor. Raped and tortured fellow students at Alberni Indian residential school, active child rapist. Address: 8080 Klekhoot Crescent, Port Alberni, ph: 250-724-9667.

5. John Mayba, white male in his fifties, local social worker and United Church member. Protects child rapists and provides protection for network. Ph: 250-723-2638. (Port Alberni)

This child raping network involves RCMP officers in the Port Alberni and possibly Nanaimo and Qualicum Beach detachments.

These men are a threat and a danger to children and the community. Report their movements to your neighbours and to the local Common Law de jure Court and its peace officers, and to this email address, so that they may be apprehended and tried in a common law court.

Indeed, voynich. I know that there is a man out on the coast who has documents that he has been intrusted with a couple of years ago. He spoke of this then and is speaking again. A great change is coming and those who are/have been doing these inhumane deeds will be on the run. SO BE IT!

Bringing Home the Crime: Canadian dissident launches new book and campaign


London and Vancouver: Tuesday, January 4, 2011

The former United Church minister who forced Canada to face its genocide of native children will be publicly launching his new book, Unrepentant: Disrobing the Emperor [1], in London next month marking the start of a global speaking tour and book launch that will culminate in the first session of the International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State (ITCCS) in London on September 12th. [2]


For two decades, Reverend Kevin Annett has documented and exposed mass murders in Canada's Indian residential schools, and confronted those responsible [3]. His efforts, a remarkable David and Goliath story, are described in his latest book, which has been called "the work of a genuine hero who is Canada's equivalent to Simon Wiesenthal."

Annett will commence his book promotion tour on February 23, 2011 in London, England, where he will hold a book launch at Housman's bookstore at 7 pm. He will hold readings and seminars across England, Ireland, Slovenia and Denmark before returning to Canada on March 21.

Annett will then speak in Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, Hamilton, Winnipeg, Regina, Edmonton and Vancouver, and other cities, until April 10.

On March 22 while in Ottawa, Annett will present a Public Summons to Canadian Prime Minister Steven Harper, requiring him to appear before the historic International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State (ITCCS) next September in London, England.

Annett has already issued a similar Summons to Pope Benedict, Joseph Ratzinger, and to Queen Elizabeth, as well as church and government officials in Canada, the United States, Ireland and England.

"Acknowledgments and apologies do not resolve this crime; nor do they bring justice" stated Rev. Annett today.

"Now is the time for legal and political action to end a centuries-old reign of terror by church and state over the innocent. Telling this story is only the first step in bringing to trial those who tortured and killed children, and who continue to do so. Since courts and governments refuse to protect our children, then we must."

The ITCCS is a six nation organization mandated to bring to justice perpetrators of crimes against children. It will convene on September 12, 2011, in London. Local ITCCS forums will be held at the same time in Ireland, Canada and the United States.

Background and Rationale




The abuse, trafficking, torture and murder of children appears endemic to European culture, and continues to be actively practiced, and condoned and protected, by church, state, judicial and police forces around the globe.




These same institutions are equally responsible for the historic genocide of indigenous peoples at the hands of European Christendom: an enormous crime against humanity which has never stopped, and continues to ravage and destroy the innocent and the earth.




Because these crimes have emerged from within the heart and laws of so-called western civilization, they have not faced judgment or accountability. We believe it is time for both.




Two of the main practitioners of this genocide of the innocent – the Vatican and the Crown of England – are effectively immune from prosecution under existing laws and customs. It is therefore incumbent upon all citizens to take action to safeguard their children in the face of the refusal of courts and governments to bring to justice those who threaten public safety and well being.




On this basis, our Tribunal has been established to enforce common law and try and convict the institutions and their officers responsible for such historic and ongoing crimes against humanity. We therefore constitute a de jure Court under common law, with full power of arrest, conviction and enforcement.




We have issued a Public Summons to Joseph Ratzinger (aka “Pope Benedict”) and six senior cardinals in the Roman Catholic Church, inc. to appear before our opening session on September 12, 2011 in London. A similar Summons will be delivered to other church and state officials in the coming months.




Common Law peace officers working for our de jure Court and Tribunal will apprehend these persons and bring them to trial, and will enforce the verdicts of our Court, if regular peace officers refuse to do so.

Our Court and its officers will follow the normal Common Law rules of due process in all of its deliberations and decisions, guided by natural law principles of equity, reason and justice, and the maxim Actus nemini facit injuriam: The act of the law does no one wrong.




In addition, our Court will recognize and allow in its proceedings the Land Law tribal jurisdiction of any indigenous nations or persons who bring suit against those parties summoned to our Court.




It is understood by our Court that its decisions, based as they are on Natural and Common Law, supersede and invalidate all statutes and statutory laws which conflict with the decisions of the Court, particularly when those statues uphold crimes or their concealment, or the protection of the guilty. Similarly, our Court does not recognize the jurisdiction or authority of any contending legal systems, such as the so-called “Canon Law”, or any form of personal, diplomatic or legal immunity governing any person or institution, including heads of states, churches and corporations.




As a de jure Court and a popular forum to address grievances, crimes and consequences, our Tribunal is by definition a public process that can only fulfill its mandate with wide participation, especially from survivors of church and state crimes.




Accordingly, in other countries and communities, the Tribunal will seek to hold public forums to coincide with its London sessions, and which will be linked by simultaneous telecast, to allow people to present their affidavits and testimonies which will become part of the official Court transcript and Tribunal record.




The final verdicts and findings of the Court and Tribunal will be made public in the form of a final public Report whose decisions will be enforced by the Common law Peace Officers and their agents, if regular peace officers refuse to do so. These decisions can and will include the imprisonment and community sentencing of the guilty, the issuing of commercial Liens and Orders of Expropriation against church, corporate and state institutions and their property and assets, orders of Reparation and Compensation, and the return of all land, property, unpaid taxes, and revenue obtained through forced labor.




Our Court and tribunal derive their ultimate authority from the self-evident Natural Law which resides within the reason and compassion of every man and woman, and from the Common Law right of the informed citizenry to establish their own Courts, Policing and Laws when normal institutions fail or refuse to uphold the liberty, rights, safety and well being of the community.

Prime Minister Harper to be Summoned to Tribunal to answer charges of complicity in Genocide; Tribunal will launch its own investigation in Canada


London, UK:

Prime Minister Stephen Harper of Canada is about to be issued a Summons by an International Tribunal to answer charges of complicity in genocide.

And the same Tribunal plans to start its own investigation into children who died in Canadian Indian residential schools, if Harper doesn't take action by March 1.

In a letter issued to Harper earlier today, the Executive of the newly-formed International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State (ITCCS) accused Harper and his government of subverting justice and exonerating the churches responsible for the deaths of thousands of children in residential schools.

The letter states that if by March 1, 2011, Harper's government has not initiated criminal charges against the Catholic, Anglican and United churches and begun to repatriate the remains of the dead children, the ITCCS will dispatch its own staff of investigators to Canada.

The staff will conduct forensic investigations at alleged mass grave sites near former residential schools "in conjunction with indigenous elders and families of the victims", and will gather evidence to indict Canada for Genocide.

The ITCCS letter concludes by informing Prime Minister Harper that it intends to issue a Public Summons to him to appear before its opening session in London, England on September 12, 2011.

The Tribunal also plans to bring criminal charges against the aforementioned churches. The ITCCS has already issued a Summons to Pope Benedict, Joseph Ratzinger, to appear at the September Tribunal.

Dear Mr. Harper,




Over the past three years, your government has legally exonerated the churches responsible for the death of more than 50,000 children in their Indian residential schools, refused to prosecute those responsible, and resisted all attempts to locate and repatriate the remains of these children for a proper burial and criminal investigation.



Accordingly, on October 25, 2010, our Canadian representative, Rev. Kevin Annett, wrote to you on our behalf and requested that your government do the following:





1. Begin criminal legal proceedings against the Roman Catholic, Anglican and United Church of Canada for their proven criminal actions in Indian residential schools and hospitals, including their responsibility for the death of more than 50,000 children,





2. Commence a public repatriation program to return the remains of these children to their homes for a proper burial, and

3. Conduct a full and unrestricted public disclosure of the full truth of crimes committed by both these churches and the Canadian government in these schools.


In the same letter, Rev. Annett also notified you that if your government failed to begin such actions by March 1, 2011, our organization and its personnel would intervene in Canada to do so.




Neither Rev. Annett nor our body have received a reply from your office. We must therefore assume that by your silence, you are not contesting these claims and the clear evidence that you, the Canadian government and the said churches are complicit in aiding and abetting this crime against humanity.




Accordingly, this letter will notify you and your government that as of March 1, 2011, as part of the work of our Tribunal, our field agents and other specialists will begin operating in your country and will be conducting their own investigations into these crimes, including conducting forensic examinations of alleged mass grave sites near these former residential schools. We will be doing so in conjunction with indigenous elders and families of the victims.





We will also be bringing legal charges, sanctions and other measures against the aforementioned churches and individuals responsible for these crimes.




The results of our investigations will be submitted as evidence before our international panel of judges and the world media when our Tribunal convenes in London, England on September 12, 2011.




In this regard, our representatives will soon be serving upon you, Stephen Harper, Prime Minister of Canada, a Public Summons to appear before this Tribunal to answer these and other charges.

Carving the Whitewash in Stone: A Holocaust-Denying Museum for Canada

Well, how quaint, and so typically Canadian. It seems we’re to have an “Indian residential schools museum” now, thanks to the same people who have been whitewashing the whole thing for years.

Canada’s stage managed “Truth and Reconciliation Commission” (TRC) – those guys who can hear survivors’ testimonies, but only record them if they don’t name names or mention murders – announced yesterday that they’re going to hold another glitzy event in Vancouver in March to plan the Museum.

If their most recent public extravaganza last June in Winnipeg is any indication, we’re in for a bullshit session that will make even a church spin doctor cringe.

Today, I told the news to Darrell Little, a Nishga man who as a kid was tortured at a United Church residential school, and helped dig graves there. He lives on the streets of Vancouver now.

When I mentioned the Museum to him, Darrell smirked, and said,

“They gonna have little kids’ dead bodies on display? ‘Cause if they don’t, it’s all garbage.”

This simple truth seems to elude the very “ab” original flunkies who with neo-colonial loyally serve as the front piece of the TRC: sanitized natives like Judge Murray Sinclair, who commented last June to a group of survivors who wanted to know where their fellow students are buried,

“Only nut bars talk like that.”

For that’s the technique, you see: obstruct and silence the truth tellers, while co-opt their truth in a way that will absolve the criminals and pacify the whole bloody matter.

Canadians, and their British Imperial tutors, have always been masters of this art: and this enormous doublethink is so internalized in our culture that most people act it out automatically – especially when it comes to all those little Indians we killed.

The truth is, the Big Lie still works, surprisingly well: and Canadian church and state have been in dire need of it these past three years, ever since massive pressure from below forced the Harper government to concede that lots of children died in the residential schools – without mentioning who caused it and who should pay, of course.

A real Museum about the Canadian genocide is a good and necessary thing – one which I and a very few people have been publicly advocating for over a decade now – but let’s be realistic. If one puts the project in the hands of the very body whose mandate clearly forbids and prevents the full truth of the residential schools from being named, what kind of history will be depicted?

The TRC “shall not hold formal hearings or conduct a legal process … shall not possess subpoena powers … shall not name names or record the names of alleged wrongdoers … (and) shall make no findings regarding the misconduct of any person or regarding the possible criminal or civil liability of any person or organization.” (TRC Mandate, Section Two, (b) to (h), www.trc.ca )

How, then, will a TRC-sponsored “residential schools Museum” do anything more than perpetuate such a clear and obvious cover-up?

I can imagine the Museum displays of such a sanitized view of Canadian history: the sort of general, bland commentary you can find in our high school history books which describe the “peaceful re-settlement” of Indians onto reserves, or depict residential schools as “an attempt to bring education to the Indians.”

Isn’t it time we stopped this self-deceiving and criminal nonsense and came clean about ourselves, Canada?

Nobody will make us do so, of course. Winners of a war are absolved from accountability, and other nations will never put us on trial, any more they will a child-raping Vatican. Only we can do the unimaginable, and publicly display the corpses, and say who is responsible, and bring those people and institutions to justice.

Justice? What does it mean? I think ultimately it comes down to being different than who we have been. It means not stealing and ruining the land anymore, or raping one another, or standing by while truth and the innocent are slaughtered right around the corner.

But if that’s to become a reality in Canada, it will require that those of us who aren’t controlled by church or state build our own museums, containing the full, uncensored story.

Is this realistic? Not at all. Not in Canada.

We have a neighbor here in Nanaimo who puts out poison capsules for all the wee mice who scurry about his house. He told me recently that his daughter found one of the little mice corpses, and their family all took the time to give the poor thing a burial in their backyard.

First you kill, then you do the nice thing.

I can tell they’re Canadians.

Cork, Ireland:

A handful of survivors of priestly rape and torture in Ireland, called the North Cork 10, have forced a reluctant Irish government to re-open a case against the notorious child rapist, "Father B", after a prolonged campaign of picketing and protest.

Virtually alone, the North Cork 10 - seven women and one man who were victims of "Father B" as children - confronted the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) for his failure to prosecute the priest. They were assisted by members of Religious Abuse Truth (RAT) and the International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State (ITCCS).

The DPP initially threatened legal action against the survivors and their supporters for demanding action against the rapist, but after continual protests by RAT members Kevin Flanagan, Dave O'Brien and Gerry O'Donovan, the DPP relented on his threats.

This past week, the DPP announced that the Gardai (Irish police) were re-submitting files on "Father B" for his examination, and that he would be re-opening the case.

"I'm very pleased the DPP came to his senses, and it shows you can get results when you confront these criminals" commented Kevin Flanagan of RAT today in Dublin.

"We aren't calling them abusers anymore. They're criminals and need to be prosecuted."

RAT and ITCCS members in Ireland will continue the campaign until "Father B" and all child rapists protected by the church are brought to justice.

ITCCS Acting Secretary Kevin Annett of Canada applauded the campaign by the North Cork 10 and RAT, and announced that the ITCCS will be investigating the apparent collusion of the Irish government and DPP with the Roman Catholic church in obstruction and denying justice to the church's many victims.

"This kind of collusion is why rapists continue to harm children with impunity" said Annett in Vancouver today.

"But the fact that the DPP was forced to act shows the power of persistence. Public protest does get results. We urge victims of the church everywhere to copy the actions of our brave Irish brothers and sisters, and physically confront church child rapists."

Genocide In US & Canadian Residential Schools

He calls it "the book that blew the cover off Canada's genocide," providing "the most thorough, documented body of evidence ever published concerning the planned genocide in Canadian residential schools." It includes:

-- eyewitness testimonies;

-- specific documentation; and

-- genocidal roots in "European philosophy and culture of religious-based conquests known as Christendom," causing "the extermination of millions of indigenous people."

In residential schools and earlier, it represents, by far, the world's greatest ever genocide, still ongoing by depravation and cultural extermination.

Annett said copies of his book were being destroyed to suppress truths too disturbing to reveal. As a result, he made it available in its entirety online, accessed through the above link. It's important, chilling reading, as true about America as Canada. Both nations remain complicit in mass extermination, today by means other than direct slaughter.

Annett will present much of the book's evidence at an upcoming International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State in London. On January 17, Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper was summoned to appear before it to answer charges of complicity with genocide. Part of a letter from The (London-based) International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State (ITCCS) said the following:

"Over the past three years, your government has legally exonerated the churches responsible for the death of more than 50,000 children in their Indian residential schools, refused to prosecute those responsible, and resisted all attempts to locate and repatriate the remains of these children for a proper burial and criminal investigation."

The letter requested Harper begin "criminal legal proceeding against the Roman Catholic, Anglican and United Church of Canada for their proven criminal actions" and more, adding that if not begun by March 1, 2011, the Tribunal will intervene. "In this regard, our representatives will soon be serving upon you....a Public Summons to appear before this Tribunal to answer these and other charges."

Some Background

The grassroots Truth Commission into Canadian Genocide reveals the 1880s through the 20th century systematic rape, torture and murder of tens of thousands of aboriginal children in church-run residential schools. According to Annett, a former United Church of Canada minister until fired and expelled for exposing these ugly truths:

"The government and the multinational corporations wanted the Indian land, and so native children from as young as three years old were forcibly taken from their families and sent to residential schools (including Catholic ones), where they underwent 'acculturation' programs. Between fifty and one hundred thousand ended up dead, murdered by the church and the government."

In charge were Catholic, Anglican, and United Church of Canada authorities complicit with the federal government.

In his book "Kill the Indian, Save the Man: The Genocidal Impact of American Indian Residential Schools," Ward Churchill documented America's hidden holocaust, begun under Captain Richard H. Pratt (a former prison warden), architect of US residential schools as superintendent of the prototype Carlyle, PA Indian Industrial School in 1879. His objective - "kill the Indian, save the man" in every child, but he and others did both for five generations.

Half the children didn't survive, the result of extreme cruelty, torture, beatings, systematic rape and other sexual abuse, malnutrition, disease, forced labor, no contact with family members or cultural traditions, and despair-driven suicides. Survivors were permanently scarred, one in 2000, Sharon H. Venne, saying:

"Genocide is genocide, no matter what form it takes and no matter what you call it."

Canada adopted America's model. In both countries, genocide never stopped. It's hidden on reservations plagued by broken promises; extreme poverty and neglect; low life expectancy; epidemic disease levels; high levels of alcoholism, suicide, infant mortality, unemployment, and incarceration; stolen resources; and lost lives in the name of progress - genocide as jurist Raphael Lemkin defined it:

"the destruction of a nation or of an ethnic group" that corresponds to other terms like "tyrannicide, homicide, infanticide, etc." (It) does not necessarily mean the destruction of a nation, except when accomplished by mass killings....It is intended....to signify a coordinated plan (to destroy) the essential foundations of the life of national groups" with the intent to eradicate or substantially weaken or harm them. "Genocidal plans involve the disintegration....of political and social institutions, culture, language, national feelings, religion, economic existence, personal security, liberty, health, dignity, and" human lives.

In legal terms, the 1948 Genocide Convention used the same definition. They're binding principles today, ones America, Canada, Israel, and other nations violate with impunity.

Summarized Evidence of Canadian Residential Schools Genocide

(1) It reveals planned criminal conspiracy by Canada's government and Roman Catholic, Anglican, Methodist, Presbyterian, and United Church of Canada to "exterminate indigenous populations, primarily children, and steal their lands, under the guise of religion and education...."

(2) Beginning in 1889, with establishment of the Department of Indian Affairs, it was codified, then agreed to by all parties in November 1910. They became financially and legally responsible for running schools that literally became torture/exploitive death camps.

(3) From 1889 - 1996, they were responsible for killing or disappearing 50,000 - 100,000 indigenous children.

(4) Their average mortality ranged from 30% - 65%, at least until 1950.

(5) Death was mainly caused by "deliberately housing healthy native children alongside those infected with tuberculosis," then not treating them.

(6) Local and Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), coroners, doctors, social workers, and state-funded aboriginal chiefs were complicit in their deaths, disposal of their bodies, and various other crimes.

(7) They violated every provision of the 1951 Genocide Convention (The Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide). Its Article 2 defines it as:

Any of the following acts "with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:

(2) Killing members of the group;

(b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;

(c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;

(d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group; (and)

(3) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group."

Article 3 defines punishable crimes, including:

"(a) Genocide;

(b) Conspiracy to commit genocide;

(c) Direct and public incitement to commit genocide;

(d) Attempt to commit genocide; (and)

(e) Complicity in genocide."

(8) Residential schools and their associated hospitals committed all the above crimes.

(9) The Canadian government and churches "were completely aware of (their) enormous mortality rate" as early as 1891, and were complicit in facilitating them by:

-- abolishing medical inspections in 1919;

-- in 1920, requiring all native children aged seven or older placed in residential schools;

-- in 1929, transferring legal guardianship to churches running them;

-- from 1928 - 1933, allowing legal, involuntary sterilizations in regions with the largest "unassimilated, non-Christian" indigenous populations;

-- at the same time, stripping Indians of their right to counsel or ability to sue in civil courts; and

-- in 1910, adopting an informal policy not to hospitalize or treat TB-infected Indians.

(10) In schools and related hospitals, clergy, school staff, and others secretly (under legal protection) subjected children to torture, rapes, beatings, involuntary sterilizations, medical experiments, slave labor, sex trafficking, and other forms of abuse.

(11) Crimes committed were systematic and violent. Moreover, they were "legitimated, sanctioned and protected by every level of police, Church and government."

(12) Across Canada, at least 28 mass graves contain remains of dead children. Local and RCMP police refuse to investigate and "may be involved in destroying" evidence.

(13) No one was ever charged, arrested, tried or convicted for any of these crimes.

(14) No one ever admitted responsibility for them or identified where bodies are buried.

(15) Canadian courts won't charge or prosecute culpable parties and ruled out the crime of genocide.

(16) It caused "devastating inter-generational" harm that continues today.

(17) With ongoing collusion of police, church, native and government officials, organized child trafficking still operates across Canada, exploiting native children and women.

(18) Past and present crimes meet the legal standard of genocide.

A Final Comment

Annett dedicated his book to the children who died in residential schools. He wishes any part of it used freely for non-commercial purposes. He urges readers to learn more, inform others, refuse to cooperate with genocidal church and state institutions, and take direct action through protests, memorial vigils, and civil disobedience. Otherwise, these crimes will continue until all native people are exterminated, or for those remaining, their culture genocidally destroyed.

He also urges support for an international Tribunal into Genocide in Canada, what's also needed in America to halt similar past and unreported present crimes.

Whether or not Edmund Burke actually said it, it's more than ever relevant that all that is needed for evil to triumph is for good men (and women) to do nothing. No longer is that option tolerable, though, of course, it never was.

Mass Grave Sites across Canada to be Surveyed by International Tribunal; Prime Minister Harper to be Summoned to Answer Charges

London, England:

The five-nation Executive of the International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State (ITCCS) today authorized the commencement of an immediate investigation into alleged mass graves of children at former Indian residential schools across Canada.

ITCCS forensic assessment teams and investigators will arrive in Canada tomorrow to lead this inquiry in conjunction with local aboriginal elders.

The ITCCS action has been sparked by the refusal of Canadian Prime Minister Steven Harper to respond to two letters from the ITCCS Executive asking that his government investigate the graves and commence criminal proceedings against the churches responsible for the deaths of children in the residential schools.

School survivors and indigenous elders in three regions of Canada have requested the ITCCS intervention, and will cooperate with the ITCCS teams to produce hard evidence of mass murder in the schools. This evidence will be submitted to the opening session of the ITCCS on September 12, 2011 in London, England.

"We will be issuing a Public Summons to Prime Minister Harper this week requiring his presence at our Tribunal, to answer charges of obstructing justice and aiding and abetting a crime against humanity" said Rev. Kevin Annett, Secretary of the ITCCS Executive.

"We have issued a similar Summons to Pope Joseph Ratzinger and six senior catholic cardinals, and will be asking common law peace officers to enforce the Summons.

"We call on all residential school survivors in Canada to cooperate with our inquiry and boycott the Canadian government's so-called 'Truth and Reconciliation Commission', whose actions are obstructing justice, silencing eyewitnesses and whitewashing this enormous genocide."
