This was broadcasted on TV today, while she was visiting the University in Sheffield.

I had a conversation with my mum a few days back and she actually claimed to be a royalist

Never before have I heard her even suggest such a thing but she replied we need a royal family and she has always liked Prince charles, lol. When I said to her "but you don't know what they are like behind closed doors" she still wouldn't back down. I said to her that at least I can back up my reasons for my beliefs but she couldn't. She said that it wasn't through the media that she was manipulated to think this way since there weren't any bak then, lol. She just asked if we could change the subject. I find this bizarre to say the least and was reminded of this watching the video with the flags waving and people booing the heckler.

I was on my motorbike and gave the wanker sign to John Prescot when he was stopped in traffic in his prescot bus... he told me how polite I was over his megaphone, lol. childish, but hugely satisfying

I think people love the royals because it is almost like a soap opera and they cannot get enough of gossip and stories and whatever takes their minds of their lives is damn good value wouldn't you say? lol
