Consumed by Conspiracy

My wife and I have been having some troubles lately, due mostly to the amount of time I spend on the internet.

And usually we end up arguing about it, because I say, "well, I'm 44 yrs old, I think I've earned the right to live my life the way I want"

I also sell on ebay occasionally, and I use the internet quite a bit for my electrical/solar business.

But I do spend alot of time writing about conspiracies, researching news articles, studying technical pdf's etc..

Last night, we had a few drinks, and I told her that I try to talk to people around me about these conspiracies,
but people just don't want to listen, they don't want to hear it.

I do have one friend that we talk about conspiracies, and he comes over for dinner quite often and has become quite a good friend.

But the rest of the people, including my wife, just don't want to hear about it..

I mean, I can ask people about big news events, and people have never heard about it. They just don't pay attention to the state of the world really..

As long as their surroundings are good to go, the world is just fine, "and don't fuck up my party!"

I had a big long story (true story) written about how I suddenly became interested in the bible, went to bible study, had a prophetic dream, picked up a homeless guy
who said he was the last prophet of God, and ended up staying at my house for a month. But I've shortened to get to the point. I still have to tell you a few details
to help you understand [i]whyi[i] I'm consumed by conspiracies.

He (the homeless guy) told me a bunch of stuff, so I put him on the internet with his approval. First time I ever wrote in a forum, was in 2006 when Bill was at my house.

Anyways, I started on a Christian website. I ended up getting banned, and they were calling Bill a false prophet. They were asking questions like, "what about paganism?" and
he said "paganism isn't the same as what it used to be", and many other things. I asked him, what's our future look like, and he said "it's like a stuck accelerator in a car, and if
we don't get it unstuck, we are going to crash."

He also told me about Corona, NM. He said, "that's where the real Roswell crash happened."
He said that people from Saturn live on Earth, and some are good and some are bad"
He said, they look like us, and they fight over us.,
He said Atlantis had UFO's

He said Mayan Temples are access points to the underworld.

He said the government knows about him, and have sickened whole restaraunts to get at him...

He said the Dick Cheney shotgun accident was a threat to him. He said he hunted with Dick Cheney in some place
in South Carolina (I think, he made me look it up on Google maps) called Jacobs Ladder, when they were kids.

He said that gold would go to $3000 an ounce, but no one would be able to buy or sell it.

He said the cure to cancer is a combination of sulfuric acid, and hydrogen peroxide. The
hydrogen peroxide is to bring the acid level down to where it only eats the cancer cells
but not the surrounding tissue. Sorta like how battery acid doesn't eat your skin, but
will put a hell of a whole in your shirt sleeve. He said in the aerosol form it would make
skin cancer disappear. Other forms of cancer had to be injected, directly into the tumor...

He said the key to the cure of AIDS is in a fermented plum.

He questioned why they don't divert Virginia Falls in Africa and irrigate the deserts.

He said, when chunks of ice break off of Greenland, they should cut those into blocks, put them into
converted tankers, and take the water where it's needed the most.

He said, the pyramids were built using scaffolding, and round granite ball bearings, that ran in grooves. Some
parts of the pyramid was built using concrete and forms.

Man, I could go on and on. He said a lot about Jesus, Mary Magdalene, and God. But I'll leave that out, unless asked.

You know, I was just trying to do the right thing and help out a homeless guy, and look at me know, I'm a mess.

I can't stop researching, writing, thinking. It's truly consumed me. I mean I still function, but ya'll can probably
tell I write alot by the amount of threads I've put up here, there and everywhere.

But dang it, everything, and I mean "everything" had some truth to it, when I started to research it later after he
left.

There are grooves in the pyramids, and granite balls have been found all over the planet.

The Roswell crash is closer to Corona, than Roswell. It's interesting the name Corona, is the center of the eye.

The Mayan temples keep giving up deeper and deeper tunnels up to explorers.

Hydrogen Peroxide has been touted to be a cure to cancer, because of it's oxygenating properties, and sulfuric acid was reveared by the ancients, and they called it "vitriol". Some thought "vitriol" was the Philosophers Stone.

He said people will be surprised to find out what is under the ice at Greenland.

He said there's a secret hidden in Torino, Italy.

He said that there are other dimensions, and we can travel between them.

He said the stood up the statues on Easter Island by digging holes and allowing the base fall into the hole.
They carved them on the mainland, and took them out on boats to the island.


Now, this just part. A small part. But you can imagine, given all this information, one might want to check some things out.

Years later, I have come to realize, it's all one big fucking conspiracy.

its all just a play man, conspiracy deserves no more attention than mainstream news. Your wife is more important and the realization you have is yours , it doesnt matter if others realize anything.

Too many marriages end over stupid things like conspiracy. Its just not that important.

I understand your dilemma, I too have gone through a similar path, except
that I am stuck at home with my parents and brothers, with a sick body,
without job and no kind of responsibility at all.

So I could get away with the obsession without any consequences, except
to my own mental health. I may not know what it's like to have such a mental
state ruin your relationships, but I know what it's like to be consumed by such
an obsession.

I went through this research and obsession for many years, though once I
met my mentor and had my past life blocks removed, I could completely let
go of the obsession almost instantly. The obsession disappeared together
with my depression and my constant throat infections.

Alot of people have that path voice from inside their heart. Im not going to lie and say your wife is at fault for her concerns, although that is true too. But maybe you need to start expressing the deep emotions conspiracy brings out in you. Try different expressions. Make your own documentary. put your self into something she can understand.

If you have giving all your emotions and your desire for change in the world and she still doesn't understand, then I guess your just into different topics of communication.

as long as your communicating to your satisfaction then you'll feel fine.

I tried to say my mother the one-or-two evening before this, something on Pakistan, where 100 thousands family houses vere destroyed or damaged, by big flood. I told her: "Listen carefully! it is reporting on TV mass flood occured there and 100 thousand houses were destroyed or damaged". She replied eating bacom eagerly (phew phew I can't see it, not to say eat it), 100 houses? And giggled childishly.

Then I said not 100 home, but 100 thousands of homes.

Then she said with giggle: What we can do for them? And continue to eat bacon.

No one sheep that I can put as my avatar can show her stupidity. I must say this with great sadness, although she is my mum and care for me carefuly because I am disabled long-term jobless person.

But, how can someone even if s/he is easy-going person can be so stupid and so childish

If he canot explain this matter to his wife, then, why he need to do so. It seems as a losen battle in advance.

I have tried to put myself into something my mum can understand, and short fall in my efforts.

I am not married; but I have some long term friends who have no interest in conspiracies, the world beyond, or anything they can't see or touch.

And, actually, I have little interest in what they like to talk about!

But I still want to keep the friendships. We try to find a happy medium in our conversations.

Marriage would be more complicated. I guess it would be best to make sure you express as much interest in your partner as in your other pursuits.

She allowed you to have Bill stay in your home for a month! That is pretty generous... I am sure alot of wives out there would not like that too much!

That sounds frustrating. Some people are unable to put themselves into another's shoes. But, like you said, she is your mum. Lots of different types of people in this world and some are more dense than others. It sounds like you accept that and understand there is nothing you can do about it. I don't believe in pushing info onto someone who doesn't want it.

We all have different paths.
