9 dead in US workplace massacre

A worker at a beer distribution firm in the US state of Connecticut has opened fire on colleagues killing several of them, officials have said.

An official told AP news agency that nine people had died in the shooting in the town of Manchester, about 10 miles (16km) east of Hartford.

The news agency reported that the man responsible was a driver at Hartford Distributors who had refused to resign from his job.

He is believed to be among the dead.

The incident happened on Tuesday morning as workers were changing shifts.

Bret Hollander, an executive at the company, says 50 to 70 people were inside the building when the shooting occurred.

It's very sad to see people so programmed that losing a job could drive them to this. Maybe it wasn't just the prospect of being unemployed but MK Ultra??

Dam shame....why not just whack the boss

and take a few cops and masters with him

maybe the co-workers were laughing at him....

seems thats all it takes for some people to lose it these daze....

I think so to it really does take either a little or big push to send people over the edge and into oblivion. Like other posters have said it could have been a pre orchestrated massacre as a result of MK-Ultra.

He was ridiculed with the word Nigger, and then in the bathroom the had a picture of a Noose and the N word. Combine that with firing him in this trouble economy.
