I read, this is it was stolen from a song by PAUL ANKA.
....NO, got that wrong. just read, ANKA said he wrote it together with JACKO in 1983, and JACKO then stolen the tapes. Hmmmm. The result is: ANKA will get 50%. Besides, the song is said to be same as the song 'I never heard' sung by singer Safire, also written by Jacko and Anka while ago.

Well, indeed Anthony, agree,
This so called "CONSPIRACY" is far bigger than just
human actions. I have seen so many things linked that it's NOT POSSIBLE
to ORGANIZE just that.
