So I've been hearing that your DNA has much more too it then just what people lie to tell the truth.

How do we access the memory? Do we just ask ourselves and let it be? Or is it whatever me make to believe on how to access it.

Like the memory of our ancestors. Who we were in our previous lives. I know without a doubt we incarnate ourselves and come back to "earth" after death. There isn't an explanation about death, but ceasing to exist..which makes no sense. And I taught matter can't be destroyed or created. Its just there and everlasting and can change into forms.. So is there a "how to on this"

Have you tried consulting the hitch hikers guide to the galaxy?

There are reportedly people who can put you into states for past life regression and I've been tempted to try this but it's really quite risky because you'll be messing with something the conscious mind isn't necessarily going to be able to decode properly. Say for example you are regressed back to see several of your 'deaths'.. how might you react? There might be a good lesson in there for you but you might get so caught up in how you died that you miss the whole point.
A girl I know goes for these treatments and I think she's taken on more than she should be chewing. Not to say you can't but what she hasn't taken into account is that she's drawings in aspects of the practitioners own karma (whos intensions are unknown) and she's now got all sorts of issues. Safest bet is to do it without hypnosis... WHICH is probably going to take a lot longer to suss out esp without the help of drugs.

It's something my yoga school teaches a technique for but I've got to wait another year or two to receive it

so I'm quite interested in finding out too!! To be honest though I'm not all that eager because I'm not quite sure what the questions are that I want answering, all I'd do it for right now is the experience of an altered state. If however you are REALLY keen, you'll be able to find a way and I'm sure there's a handful of people on this forum who can give you some useful advice. Good luck!!

! I heard that birthmarks and other forms of dreams and etc..can tell you, your past life and your current life and your future, but your their is only one thing if you think about it, the future.

I've been through a lot of things..a whole lot of unimaginable thoughts, revelations. I've imagined the impossible being done but not physically done. I've been asking the question why to a lot of several things, ideas, anything basically and they've been logically explained. These thoughts just come to my head as if i were being siphoned incoming transmissions by an external outlet. A simile hehe.

Yeah I would love to know who I was in my past life, the genetic memories of my past life, how i died haha.., how i lived, the bad things, the good things, and how it resulted in the current and future "me".

My mind just felt like it found the starting point of infinity.
