Take the Moon out of the equation!

So the Moon is artificial and a planetoid craft. One day the Moon craft decides to leave our orbit and solar system and return back to Orion.

This event would cause the 2012 disaster movie x1thousand. The earths axis would change and the poles will flip. The oceans would go crazy and tsunamis the size of the dubai tower would happen. There would be hardly any nightime and we would be largely wiped out as a species.

The positives...Women would not be bi-polar anymore and great to live with for a full month and not just 2 weeks! lol

2016 the Paradise will be on earth and the Moon Matrix control no more.

Of course there would still be a night time, because there will always be half the planet not facing the sun, and therefore half the planet in darkness.

Sheesh you're so right it's scary...

Although I believe the pole shift (which is magnetic) is already happening... and is being documented. The north and south poles are currently bleeding into one another and when they reverse the polarity we're all going to be very confused (and all technology will be rendered useless in the turmoil).




Anyway...

Moving the moon into orbit of the sun for a long period of time and then removing it would be a spectacular way to wreak havoc.


It's comparable to putting heat lamps over basking lizards and allowing them to breed for many generations until their offspring are used to being at the heat lamps temperature.

Then, remove the heat lamps. Chaos.

This is because the earth would be spinning faster and the axis and poles would move, we would be in an entirely new area and could even be moved out of our usual orbit

i did read the post

there'd be exactly the same amount of nightime, with or without the moon.

Unless the earth stopped spinning, wherein there would be loads of nightime for some, or - if the world span more quickly, there would be a negligable amount of less nightime, but still there would be plenty of night time to go round, considerably more, in fact, than 'hardly any'

Also, what happens if the Moon craft decides to move around and show us its 'Darkside'. The darkside will become light and the death star type laser weapon will be seen. The Laser will be ordered to be powered up by some dart vader type ET and we will be blasted out of existence

I just can't imagine something that does have an over-all positive global affect (the Moon) be responsible (as-in harboring 'un-friendlies' or technology to manipulate man-kind) for what is thus-far described in DI's 'Moon Matrix', especially since it's something we currently have no-power to do anything about...

The moon does cause tides on the earth, obviously. I'm not sure whether no tides would equal no life.

Those tides have always been present while life has existed on earth (at least, according to mainstream theories about the age of the earth and moon, origins of life on earth etc).

Exactly what would have happened without those tides, I don't know. My speculation is that there would still be "life, Jim, but not as we know it."
