Archaeologist believes wall proves Bible true

Personally, I don't need any evidence to convince me the Bible is true.

But it is nice to see an "accepted" expert make the claim.

Why do people go to such great lengths to dispute the Bible when time after time, evidence matches what the Bible suggests?

To me, if one studies what we know about ancient history, and then you read the Bible, the Bible makes much more sense.

Now their finding a mass grave in Egypt where people died thousands of years ago due to a possible plague.

Hmm, where have I heard that before?

Have you tried any other religious books and decided whether they are true or untrue?

Because to accept that it's real would challenge how they live their lives. And we are living in a world governed by the enemy at the moment, so that's the general MO, to stop people from coming into a relationship with their creator.

Careful with this. Hoaxery is everywhere. There is obviously a full spectrum attack on Christianity - number one target of the past 100 years or more. But IMO this is aided by a Bible that has been corrupted by the addition after the fact of an 'Old Testament'

Yes, a few. I've read the Gnostics for comparison. I've read the book of Scientology. I liked L Ron Hubbard's science fiction series better.

I read Star Wars. I've read parts of the Koran, and bits of the Book of Law. I've studied the beliefs of the Pagans, Roman Catholics, Baptists, Christians, Mormons, Protestants, Judaism, Satanism.

None of them whole truth to me like the Bible. To me, the Bible is special.

To me, it is His Story. Get it, history.

I believe there are mis-translations, and mis-interpretations.

But the story about Jesus is probably the most important mankind has, outside of the Old Testament.

The bible is special - even with the adulteration that has taken place IMO. A powerful truth shines thru.

Its light all the more bright among the darkness that seeks to destroy it.

+1 Jesus only it not just far more important than the Old Testament - it stands in opposition to it and those that wrote it.

Yeah, hoaxery is everywhere. I let God guide me to what's real. I wouldn't be surprised if the Bible has been tampered with, but the message of the Gospel is real.

I actually heard it from a homeless guy in 2006 that I took into my home for a month.

The homeless guy said he was God's last prophet, and told me many things about Jesus, and many other things too.

For example, did you know that Mary Magdalene is actually the Mother of Jesus?
