Nothing extra special in this video worth banning. Either they're actors or they're people who get a kick out of dressing up in costumes the same as a lot of bored housewives get drawn into Buddhism with all the robes and gongs.

Modern snake worship started off in 1909, in Tennessee and kentucky with a guy called George Went Hensley who based his looney cult on a phrase from the bible, "They shall take up serpents...." (Mark. 16,18).

His adepts use rattlesnakes, water moccasins, and copperheads. When the service is at it's height they start kicking the boxes which contain the snakes to wake them up then start stuffing them up their shirts, down their trousers and throwing them about from one to the other. The cult spread to North Carolina and West Virginia, then later to Georgia, Florida, and California. Needless to say, eventually in 1955, Hensley died of a mortal bite but handlers who get bitten frequently recover and consider themselves blessed by the Lord.

The cult, like the film, has been banned but it still exists today.

Any worshiping of anything is ANTI-LOVE
Once human beings realise they are the god of LOVE themselves there is no reason why anyone should need to worship anything else. All the misguided attempts to find prosperity and health and power are all small examples of LOVE or feeling LOVE so what is the point of looking and searching for these short lived superficial levels of LOVE when you yourself are the essence of eternal LOVE. Its the insanity of a lost soul because too many people think seeing IS beliving or rather they can only believe what they SEE.

This is a temporary reality at the end of the day.

It seems to be more cruelty than worship, snakes are wild animals which should be left alone to do what they do best. Dressing up and taking part in silly rituals is one thing, bothering wild creatures for some religion or other is another.
