I would use it to show people that their beliefs that its not possible is false. i get the impression that most psychics prefer that people believe its not possible which to me seems very shady.

I would like to develop these abilities,but I think we have to be in our sleep to fully experience the potential we have,or control or direct our dreams premonitions or visions about our life.

If you want to develop psychically, then meditate, (if only for 5 minutes, try to do it daily) focus on your chakras,open them at the front and back. learn to listen to your intuition, also work on yourself, clear your unconscious beliefs with EFT/healing codes, kundalini yoga, and whatever else you are drawn to.

there are many different psychic abilities, do you have one in particular that you are looking to develop?

decide which one to start with and practice it. you can't make spoons float but gradually you will find it easier to get images and urges that will over time become stronger.

being able to trust your instinct and the images you receive is very important as this is how they come, at least to me (and I'm not a "psychic", I am just me). you will also find that as you play you will find there are certain abilities that you are naturally stronger and better at working with.

and yes, anyone can develop them, some are better than others as many people do not have patience or faith in themselves

Get the Orin and Daben open to channel book (google it) - is used to open psychic centres to send and receive to guides mostly but that can be expanded with practice.

When all is said, and done - these abilities are not our own! Infinite consciousness/entities are all connected - and share their information! It's whether these entities are prepared to pass this information on to you - which really matters!

Turning off the internal dialogue would be a first step.

Then you'll become aware of two dialogues going one.

One stems from yourself - your mind - and the other is generated by the reptilians who have hijacked the crown vortex/chakra and use it to promote their mindset; petty and fearfull. Hence mankind behaving in a very petty and fearfull way.

You would then have to fight off the reptilians and by doing so reclaim that vortex.

The reptilians milk us for food. They consume the glow of awareness that normally covers the entire physical body but is reduced due to consumtion by the reptilians to the level of the soles of our feet. After you have fought them off that glow will gradually grow back. That glow provides the natural sensitivity to energy that translates into sensory perception that is usually classified as "psychic abilities" by outsiders.

Of course, this will take you many years; no such thing as a short cut to awareness.

They can influence your feelings by talking to you outside of your awareness which can cause you to experience moments of sadness or elation without any explicable cause, or even have strange compulsions to do things you have no need or desire to do. Reptile green is people!
