You assume that lots of straight couples do it yet the only women that I have known have always said that they were talked into trying it and neither of them enjoyed it or tried it again.
So yes many couples have done it - but not many carry on doing it when the result is days of diarrhoea for the woman afterwards and the man basically having sex with shite.
