Default Anti-Cancer Lifestyle

A short but very interesting piece on reducing your risk of cancer. Well worth reading.

Good article that. Very simple yet revealing, like the point on prostate and breast cancer cases (or lack of) in Japan.

Yes and it's a similar case in China. Professor Jane Plant, she of 'Your Life In Your Hands' and who cured herself of "terminal" breast cancer, put it down to their lack of dairy produce.
Though as they adopt the Western diet their cancer rates are starting to climb.
An underlining of the pivotal role diet plays in one's risk of getting cancer.

Great article.

Also Japanese smoke a lot and their lung cancer rates are low.

You are what you eat.

I certainly don't condone smoking, but this explains the low incidence of lung cancer despite smoking levels
