I know it a bit corny but go and hug a tree.
![]() It's wonderful and a lot of peace can be felt from them, tree's have so much power and passion. For winter heat I have a fire place and get most of my wood from the land I live on, it doesn't have many dead tree's to take but the amazing thing is when I need one and there isn't a dead one around, one drops. I really hate taking a tree's life and I've only done it once, paid my respects and thanked the tree and hugged it for quite awhile. There's a book out that can help anyone connect with plants or tree's if you have trouble doing that.
