Its quite obviously a Ray of some kind that is laying on its back.

Is there no savvy these days.

Hmm, Rays don't normally have a point on their heads, nor Fins on their tails.

Sharks dont normaly have "Hammer" shaped heads.
Fish dont normaly use their fins to walk with.
Rays dont normaly grow to be size of a car in places like China.

Maybe not a ray but it does look like a large sturgeon on it's back.I had a small one and when it was stuck on the glass of the fish tank eating the algea, you sould see it's underside and it did look like that. I commented on the youtube video but nobody replied. I hope they put it back in the water.

These animals have a name and they are not monsters. Scientists call these animals "Squatina Dumeril".
