Well I'm not sure about that. There's been some interesting stuff on this forum, and some stuff where I still think 'maybe', and also some stuff posted which got me out of parking fines etc... trivial as it is, & I've never parted with a penny.

I have a confession to make....

I bought a car once & driving it home got pulled over & i had no insurance, i tried going down the freeman route, was easy as i was out of the country when the paperwork came through but on my return to the UK i was summoned to court & I LIED to the judge and told him that I did not send that particular response in, how could I if i was out of the country and did not even live at the address the summons were sent to...

basically, he wiped off £800 worth of fines/debt & waved me out the door.



Probably the one and only time it would ever work but if anyone finds out how to cash in that damn birth certificate, PM me

After all you hadn't been found guilty then had you?

I can't remember it was a couple of years ago, but thanx for the offer of a little dance (that last led me into getting infraction points).
I found some stuff on here, plagiarised it, then that was the end of it.

I had a friend in the UK helping me, i could find the thread they posted on DIF on my behalf if i wished... see my copy & paste from said thread below..I got fined the £800 whilst being out of the country, they sent a letter of response to my templates saying that what i was quoting and using was not recognized in UK and that it was a USA concept & the court date came & went, in my abscense the fine was given, when i came back to the UK it was not long before i had to face the court bailiff & was bailed to appear in court, I was skint & had no money so played DUMB. i was living and working abroad for about a year this is when all this took place.

My name on the clerks court list for that day was the ONLY one in block capitols too....not sure what that means.

I thought that some of you may be interested in the response I got to using the templates to the summons kindly provided by Rosix and this is what came back from the clerk to the court.
