lucid dream about astral projecting?

I just had my first proper lucid dream.

and ironically it was about astral projecting.

ever had this before anyone, seen a video which claims they are the same thing, they are different i believe in that dreams are stored within the third eye. astral is stored within your visual eye memory bank.

I had a few of those, but i'm not sure if I actually projected or what. I went out of body but in weird dream like situations.

i didn't astral project, i know this because there wasn't this blue glowing string connected at my heart to my body, it was a lucid dream.

whats interesting is once you get the hang of lucid dreaming, you should be able to use it to astral project.

Yep, well during my most vivid experiences I don't remember seeing my silver cord. But most of the time I end up projecting, but on some it's some type of weir dream like scenario that fallows.

I have had lucid dreams but have astral projected more. It is a completely different experience for me. one is just having control of the dream, the other is leaving my body, no cord that I can see.

Ive never seen a cord either. I think its just a scam thing, so people wont be scared about never being able to return back to their body....don't worry there's a unbreakable cord, so buy the astral projection program and you can learn in two weeks

When your lucid, you can escape your little dream bubble, because its just a bubble of our thoughts, there's nothing but the astral on the other side of that building in your dream, and its only when you walk around your dream building that you will expect/picture something there, therefore it will be created, what Ive come to think anyway.

Like when i try and fly up and out, or jump through mirrors, I'm stopped by a succubus. Though sometimes when we sleep I'm pretty sure we enter the astral now and again, there's been places i wasn't allowed to go down. "why not, its my dream?" "not right now it isn't"
