im a moderate weightlifter (which mean i dont go all extreme) but i never heard of creatine until recently when i was trying to find new rountines for shoulders. i came across articles where it stay creatine is good for you and it helps build muscle mass and then i come across articles that creatine is no more than a placebo and on some sites they say it damage your kidneys has anyone had any experience when it comes to this |
