Im talking about the phrase:
"(Insert person/ target/ situation) was known to the intelligence services before it happened, and could have been prevented."

Is this a euphemism for "Organised BY the intelligence services (As a false flag)"?

It seems to be such a cliche these days...

Usually means the person has popped up on their radar more than once, doesnt it? Or it could be a snitch. idk tbh

They definately do use coded phrases and this could well be the case.

On the odd occasion when I listen to 'The (mind conditioning) News' on the radio before Xmas they had a spate of announcing deaths in Afghanistan as being sacrificed (ritual) which I believe they certainly were but not by the nasty Taliban..

thats there down fall tho, with so much data its hard to analyze. and probably only of use retrospectively. ie the Norway shooter although his on-line activities did not alert them in time to stop the event, can and is being used at his trial.
