Default Schwarzenegger gets a roasting

Could this be Hasta la Vista baby?

Voters in California are showing their opposition to governor ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER - by burning copies of his movies.

Residents unhappy at the star's policies are holding impromptu bonfires fuelled by DVDs starring the Terminator actor, and other memorabilia associated with his films.

They are also hurling Schwarzenegger movie posters onto the pyre, according to the New York Post.

Playwright Larry Myers tells gossip column PageSix, "The flames were reminiscent of those which engulfed St. Joan of Lorraine (Joan of Arc)."

GOOD ON 'EM, I SAY!! LOL LOL...

..the next thing they will be banning bonfires and any outdoor gatherings of this nature..and a law will be brought in that officers under the guise of the Patriot Act can come into your home and seize all copies of any DVDs and books just in case you may be thinking of BURNING them...

Arnie is up for President next, isn't he?? So no way will any book and film burning do him ultimately any harm. Well, if they can have a President already that wasn't born in this country, they can certainly have more of 'em..and the US has had experience of actors becoming leaders, if I remember correctly..

If you think Obama is bad, I sense Arnie will be even worse..he will make the image of Hitler seem like Noel Edmonds...

What they should have really said was "The flames were reminiscent of those which engulfed the books of Nazi Germany"

I seem to recall Arnie in Conan the Barbarian replying to the question - "What is best in life?" put forth by a warlord, with - "Crush your enemies. Have them driven before you, and hear the lamentation of de women". Okaaaaaaay
