Alrghit, here's the "5 Steps" that are used in the marketing company that I used to be with...

The 5 Steps to a Sale

1. Introduction:

- Eye to eye contact; it shows sincerity.

- Smile; it shows you're friendly.

- Enthusiasm; it shows that things are happening.


2. Presentation:

- Put the product in their hands as it build a sense of possession.


3. Short Story:

- K.I.S.S., Keep It Short and Simple.

- Impulse factors; fear of loss; keep up with the Jones'; indifference; sense of urgency.


4. Close:

- Assume the sale; "How many could you use ?"; "Is that for a gift or for yourself ?".


5. Rehash;

- The customer is positive so offer them another deal.

OK. The same principles can be utilised for the lay out of the sampler DVD.

Introduction:

- Visuals that catch the eye.

- Maybe some pictures of David having a laugh to show friendliness.

- Music that is pumping, eg. "Song Number 2", by Blur.

Presentation:

- Letting people know that this is their (their childrens, family, loved ones, etc.) world could be a good way to get them feeling a sense of possession about what is going on.

Short Story:

- Keeping it simple will allow more people to associate with the message, as opposed to making it complex and difficult for the average Joe Blow to understand.

- The impulse factors can be used to create an effect within the person watching it that will impulse them to look further into the information presented.

Close:

- Re-affirming that it is their opportunity to do something would be the idea here.

Rehash:

- a listing of website links, forums, the Icke site and products, etc, etc.

The idea with this sampler DVD is similar with a sales pitch. We would be selling people the idea that they can make a difference by educating themselves to what is really going on in the world, and how they can do something about it by empowering themselves.

There are key topics that could be presented with a 'soft touch' so as not to scare people of, but to make them curious. These topics could include things like; freemasonry; symbolism; NWO (possibly linking it with Hitler's book/speeches/ideology); the banking system; GMO foods/health issues/vaccination; 911 inconsistencies, etc, etc. A small part on each topic that is presented would guarentee connecting (hitting the hot spot) to as many people as possible.

The links, etc, at the end can be the part that is fully extensive. This would show the person watching it that there is a lot of information that is 'out there' that is not presented within the media. They could be organised under topics for ease, so that people would be able to go to the information that they are interested. I believe that it would also be a great idea to upload it to youtube and have a listing so that people could download it, share the link, etc.

We could play a major part in the gathering of information for this sampler DVD. Information/pictures/etc, could be posted here on this thread. As individuals on this forum, we have massive amounts of info and skills that can be combined to help bring this sampler DVD about a.s.a.p. Think of what you have that you can offer to bring this about and please become a part of it.

Bugger it, I might just have to do it anyway, true rebel stylez. I bet there would be heaps of high-schools ready for this information these days. Of course there would be much the opposite also. People just making fun of it etc, but it might spark debates and thoughts about these bigger issues which would be very beneficial. As long as people are questioning and thinking deep about things, not taking them at face value.....

Schools are a great idea, just stick a photo of Paris Hilton on the cover and call it Paris's prison sex romp and they'll run out the door..

I would just post them through letter boxes in my local area, i wouldn't want to be meeting people and trying to convince them

I agree. I would probably only hand them out face to face with people I have a good idea about\friends\associates etc.... Random people can behave randomly.

He said he would like to see suggestions from people as to what exactly to place onto the dvd (what specific topics/links/websites to be advertised etc) & then he'd look into compiling it all & getting it produced (think that may be yet another job for poor Sean's to-do-list, bless!) I can think of alot of good ways to distribute these. My favourite is to just leave one laying around somewhere like a bathroom stall. Put it in a packet and write a label on it. Something like "Only for the open minded".

Absolutely my friend. I think we may just be able to pull this off.
A key part of this that I like is that we would be covering costs ourselves and therefore crossing a boundary that rarely happens in this world. Free information with no strings attached. It just reinforces our demeanor, if ya get what I'm on about.It just examplifies our motives, which are of fair nature.

If this goes ahead, surely David Icke himself would have to be informed? If so, wouldn't he have the most of the say of what to include?

I would love to see David do a small intro for it. So that he is personally addressing the viewer and so people can get a quick feel of his persona. I wouldn't wont the vibe of the DVD to be as if it is just an advertisement of products including DVD's and books etc... I'd rather it had the feel of someone that simply wants to make someone aware of something important.

The beginning could be just questions, either spoken by David or just text. Like: "What is Reality?" "Do you ever feel like there is more to life than what we are commonly told?" "Are we the only life-forms that exist?" "Who are we really?" "Why are we still waring with each other after thousands of years?"
or something like that. Just to engage the viewer and get their head-space aligned with what is to come next.

I would probably use a good amount of the "Was He Right?" doco. That has a lot of good personal stuff on it. To get to know David.

Start of slow but keep hinting at the big topics. And of course pictures tell a thousand words so it would probably help to use a lot of quick and effective pictures such as the fasci and eagle on staff connections between the Nazi's and the American government. It would have to be stated very clearly from the get go that this has no side except the side of truth and love. That should be first and foremost, otherwise people will hear something that sounds like it's just Anti-American or Anti this or Anti whatever and get a bias twist. I know that you can't help this entirely but it would have to be thought about.

Only in that the more thought put into it the more effective it will be. I think it will be a great thing either way. But, if it's going to be copied and shared all over the world than it will pay to make it a well thought out package.

I think this would be a terrific idea. And I think it would definetly result in more interest if people didn't have to buy the whole DVD or book to hear about this stuff. And when someone recieves a free DVD they are more likely to have a look at it.

and other written sites, besides the books and DVDs one can get
of David Icke.

T-shirts in different languages would also be an option.
