I'm going to ask it before someone (yes you can guess who!!) else does. Does YOUR formal judicial process acts outside and/or above the law of the land? Is it not misleading to call it a judicial process?
No, it is not misleading, but I see what you mean, and why we must be very clear.

Criminal Law is a matter for the State and we only act after the event, except in the case of a person who is charged with a criminal offence. In such a case suspension applies until a case is either dismissed, or a verdict reached.

There is however, a system of "masonic jurisprudence" in place in both Grand Lodges which acts in respect of internal disciplinary matters, for example breaches of the terms of The Constitutions of Masonrie.

It is against the rules of both Grand Lodges to be a Freemason if one is or has been convicted of a crime. It could not be clearer.

Thanks for being considerate and understanding. Good information to know overall. I didn't know about the moral conduct n such. I didn't even know there were unrecognized lodges. What prevents a false lodge from being started? In this question, I'm thinking like the congruent CIA operation in Alias.

Oh boy! http://larcho.files.wordpress.com/20...orms_ahead.jpgfar too late in the day to go into that one. Perhaps tomorrow.

Absolutely nothing. Thats where the questions of regularity and recognition come in.
