The threats against the prime minister and his predecessor were made on a recognised jihadi website, by a group calling itself "al-Qaeda in Britain".

So if anyone else on the web made the same 'threats', would they be arrested if they weren't a Muslim patsy posting on a convenient 'honey-pot' MI5 website? Hmmm...
