In my first dream, I was staring at a strange creature for a long time until I was able to see that it was a brown bat. Once I knew what it was I remember not feeling exactly scared, but I knew that I wanted to get away from it! When I searched the meaning of bat dreams the first interpretation that I stumbled upon was this: "To see a bat in your dream symbolizes uncleanness, demons, and annoyances." ![]() The next dream that I had after the bat one, was one of myself looking into a mirror, but the strange thing about this was that the mirror was only showing my eyes. This I found very fascinating! When I looked this dream up, the first interpretation that I found was; "Eyes are one of the most important distinguishing characteristics of any person, so it is no surprise that eyes often play such a prominent role in our dream lives as well. One of the most intriguing dreams about eyes is the one in which the dreamer sees his or her own eyes in the dream. Seeing your own eyes in a dream, in a mirror for instance, or even symbolically, is often a representation of knowledge, enlightenment, intellectual awareness, understanding or sudden comprehension" Wow! How spooky... Is the universe trying to tell me something?! I'm going to keep a dream diary from now on!
