Flashbacks

Has anyone else experienced flashbacks recently?

I think I started noticing them around a year ago, but I think they are becoming more frequent.

It is not like I physically see the memories in front of me but they are unusual feelings with vivid details...like exactly how i felt at that time and my mindstate, smells, tastes...etc..

is this normal?!

I've been experiencing a lot of deja vu moments of late. Also is it just me or does time seem to be speeding up on a massive scale?

Yes often,takes you back to the exact time,old boy freinds etc.Leaves me with this sadness,sinking type feeling.
