my dad had just been told he diabetic , according to him it cant be beaten but controlled by a food diet ,i gave up helping them about health matters as they seam to listen men in white coats more ,

This is the problem that we all face
Luckily my mother is inclined towards the alternative way
and my father has no choice but to comply!
