Re the reccuring question as to why they'd serve human in mcdeath and not high class restaurants. You're assuming that all humans are the same and that the intention behind eating them is the same.

We're conditioned to think that there are only 4 main races on the planet but this is untrue. There are 'races' within races and each have their own particular origin/energy/usefulness.

The elites favour a certain type so they can feed off the energy.

The masses would be fed the remainder to pollute them and make them more habitable to the kind of spirits the elites want to bring in.

The core of racist programming (imo) is that certain types of spirits incarnate into certain 'races' or 'sub-races' of human. If you want to eradicate the presence of one type of spirit you simply remove/pollute the bodies so they can't incarnate anymore. At the same time you convince everyone we're all the same so we become a homogenised single race with bodies poisoned by toxins. End result is a planet full of "them".

You're right about children being a delicacy for the elite, but they only ritually drink the blood. It would make sense to destroy the bones and meat by grinding it down to a paste to make burgers, hot dogs, chicken nuggets etc. After all, there are dead pets in american pet food, why not dead kids in your happy meal?!

well if they're vampires they need blood not bodies. what to do with all the spare bodies? make humans eat their own kids? why not?

that's the level you're looking at - they might get a kick out of that.
