Greg is free... here is one of the calls i made right before he went to court from the jail... the judge attempted to do the hearing by video from the jail cell ... he was obviously worried about all the calls they were getting and people occupying the court and witnessing their fraud

they released Greg right afterward... reduced the charges to a bare minimum and let him out on 'time served'... they had to try and save face somehow without admitting their fraud

What was the original charge and on what charge did they find him guilty?

The fellow in the YouTube gets to be arrested, handcuffed in front of his family and spend a few nights in jail.

How is this good?

It's not good, but at least earthicastar will get him his fair compensation -
"50,000 dollars of lawful silver coin for each 24 hours that he is held against his free will and consent. All who are aiding in his capture and imprisonment and extortion will be held liable and accountable as men and women in your private capacity without immunity for dishonor of your constitutional oaths, breach of your fiduciary duties, and acting under admiralty this committing piracy on the high seas."

Every cloud has a $50, 000 per day silver lining

Arrgh, Jim lad etc etc.

I have been reading about freemen today and I understand the tactic of never consenting and asking a series of questions. I don’t see how it worked for this fellow or how he, or earthcastor, thinks he is going to win a suit against the sheriff.

Another win for the Fmotl movement then. Maybe we should have some sort of points system for the freeman, 10 points for contempt of court, 5 for being arrested etc.
Similar to the Olympic medal table.

Can almost hear Nick Berry singing "Every loser wins."
