Default Satanic Bands

Here's music from 'Alien Vampires', and it's called 'Control The Universe'. And the Antichrist symbol (Cross Upside Down) on the Cover.
Sorry, but it's TOO obvious. Only narrow-minded people fall for that - because they think 'They wouldn't do it so obviously'.
They don't know the saying 'The devil is a boaster'...

The cover is from the whole album 'harshlitzer'.
Here's a kind of a trailer, with 'lovely' song names in it, like 'Evil Bloody Music':

You know a lot of so called 'Satanic' music is classed as such simply for shock value. The majority of Black Metal bands for example. I actually like some Black Metal though.

Deicide were asked why they are 'satanic' and one of them replied 'to blaspheme against the church'. Note not God, the church.

'Satanists' are very often just very pissed off atheists.

Slayer are perhaps the most famous "Satanic" band and Tom Araya is a Catholic... so yeah.

Personally I don't care about a bands ideology as long as the music is good... but in the case of most "Satanic" bands, it usually isn't.

Kerry King is the only really irreligious one in that band, and his songs aren't really seen as the best Slayer have ever done.

Not really a fan of Slayer, I listened to their earlier CDs some years ago and nothing really appealed to me. For me personally if I'm going to listen to thrash I want something more melodic, if I want something heavy I'll listen to death metal... plus Slayer seem kinda cheesy.

Besides, if you believe most of the Illuminati videos on youtube every successful musician is Satanic anyway

I think that only extends to popular music really, not that I subscribe to that view myself.

Metal has never been 'popular'.

Yeah I'm not sure if I believe the whole "Satanic symbolism in music" thing either... except in the case of Madonna, her I'm sure

I think for that kind of music though writing lyrics about violence and gore in the case of death metal, or the same stuff plus satanism/paganism in the case of black metal is kinda boring. That's why I admire Chuck Schuldiner's work, he wrote fairly aggressive music without confining himself to the usual shock value lyrics.

Ahaha I just listened to the video in the OP... I'm pretty sure they're not being serious, and once again my "Satanic music = not so good" theory was proven right

Lol they also have an album called "Nuns Are Pregnant", how edgy

Death were awesome, Scream Bloody Gore and Leprosy are firm favourites.
