Default BBC & ITV ...brainwashing the UK?

Am I the only one who thinks programmes like "Britians got talent" (yeah right ...X-Factor, the Voice, Strictly come dancing and "The only way is Essex!" are ALL the TV equivelent of mind numbing OPIATES!

And yet the "sheeple" here in the UK, seem to love these, talentless, unimaginative, unintelligent, Yawn-worthy, RUBBISH!

So what is our government up to??
Are people being brainwashed from their own TV's?

Its different strokes for different folks.

Its obvious the programmes you mention are just vehicles for the ptb to make doller (look at 1 direction!!!) but there is no obligation to watch!

Personally i find bbc 2 & 4 have some really interesting programmes. I MAY even pay my licence fee one day.

Awww thanks!

Its just that years ago Saturday night tv was superb!
But today we are snowed under with talentless rubbish...and said talentless rubbish is even headline news too!! Its difficult to ignore it! So I have pondered if this might have a more sinister side, as people seem so unbeliveably HOOKED on it!!

I thought Saturday TV has always been pretty shite tbh.

How anyone can slave all week then look forward to sitting watching TV all night is a sad drone.

I quit TV 10 years ago & cannot take more than 5 minutes of the crap.

Its full of NLP brainwashing sorcery, pushing globalist agendas specially with the BBC.

As for sinister, it gives a false sense of community like everything is hunky dory which most people love, as long as they're happy in their little bubble with their 40" LED they get their reality from.

So let them have their evening of plastic fake media hoes to cheer them up for another weeks slavery, whilst the banksters steal more of their cash & the country sinks deeper into serfdom.

What drama did Simon Cowle & the slapper Cole get upto this week...

I really can't watch tv anymore, I used to look on Bbc 4 sometimes, or Dave, but I really don't miss it. My head is clearer now I don't have the soaps and fixed talent shows forced down my throat all the time.

I've said it before but I'll say it again. As long as people have their creature comforts such as 'EastEnders' 'Corrie' 'X-Factor' etc, then everything is OK and they don't mind being slaves. Just as long as they can come home after a hard day at the office and watch the aforementioned shows.

Take the TV away and watch people start paying attention to other things they hadn't noticed before when they were absorbed in 'entertainment'.

I think it's the cruellest form of aspiration TV. As long as people think they have a chance (They haven't) of being famous through stuff like X Factor, Britain's Got Odious Wankers and whatever crap Andrew Lloyd-Webber is involved in, they tolerate all sorts of shit.
Even if "Poetry Idol" became a show, I'd still go to the grass roots open floors.

And yes, last time I was in front of the audience, I did mention the Olympics rumours. I got a "Bitch, please!" expression from one, another asked if I was making it up and the rest a still silence.

And worse, when you realise the brainwashing shit, you can't not notice it!

Default BBC & ITV ...brainwashing the UK?

I hate watching TV now, sick of all the ridiculous gameshows for one with all the poor contestants desperate trying to win a measly 50 grand as though it's a kings ransom because it's like a million to them and the majority in this country havn't got anywhere near that amount in their savings and that's through working hard, yet footballers almost that a week. Gameshows are everywhere now & they're annoying, (nothing like the fun gameshows we had years ago like 54321, Price is Right, etc; these days they're all designed to make us envy and want money.

Soaps are ever more depressing, cheesy, cringeworthy, stereotypical & very un-realistic; yes, they don't have swearing (because of the watershed), but even words like arse is omiitted and the word 'bum' has to be used, how realistic is that? Corrie & TavistockEnders are unrealistic in the sense that everyone works just across the street (example Kevin Webster working at the garage or Ian Beale at his shop). On top of that, Eastenders a prime example, is utterly depressing, people are always shouting and fighting, and when things do begin the settle down or appear to look resolved, something happens to break it once again and upset someone and the cycle begins again like a perpetual nightmare that won't end. In all of the British soaps, someone mentions the pub at least once and the people are always shown drinking within a pub more than once.

I think Doctor Who has always been a bit gay to be honest, and I've always been a fan of the show.

tell me about it, in eastenders everyone is killing each other or fucking each other with either incest or some other crime, that show is really disgusting, the writers do it intentionally because they know they can socially change everything that happens in the uk, it's all about social engineering so that people will act like that in real life.

have you noticed that nothing actually good happens in that show? yes it may be good for a while but the writers intentionally sabotage the story to fit the mood of the show, it's kind of disturbing that they would do something like that, to impose fear into the masses.

Television has very little value beyond a means of brainwashing, usually in the attempt to normalise:
* promiscuity
* homosexuality
* globalism
* consumerism
* political apathy
* secularism
* pluralism

Television programs are just that - programs. They have been programming people into sheep for decades.

Well said everyone!

Been analysing the soaps (in particular..) of late. It is about normalising broken relationships. You will notice that every relationship, mother, son, b/f, g/f, husband wife etc, ALWAYS breaks down and has problems. It is to make you think this is actually NORMAL! Yes it is also about brainwashing the masses and directing them. But you will not hear this from the makers, they will insist it is only 'reflecting' society..when in fact it is directing..

It is also choc full of symbolism, wherever you turn..watch out for the five pointed stars, butterflies monarch programming, masonic pink & blue, b&w colour combos, pyramids, etc. Now they are also letting in advertising.."oh, the ticket is on my iphone....did you see her picture on facebook...we were in mcdonalds..." etc..

It is just one giant distraction and programming for the masses. No such thing as a happy ending in the soaps...I bet when Rita and Dennis get back from honeymoon, I wonder how long it will take for their relationship to hit rock bottom, or split up...

..it is the main reason why the world is the way it is... a very important tool to control and direct..

..little wonder people are still eating the flesh of dead and murdered animals, when you see james martin on sat morning cooking up a pork chop and seen as perfectly normal....

..don't exclude ALL the other tv stations...channel 4 being a prime example of mis direction..Isn't it great that Thelma is trying to give some gypsy girls a job..hmmm...reading between the lines? Get the gypsy girls into thinking they should be out at work instead of being a home maker.....finally we can get some taxes out of them and finally we can destroy their traditional home life..

NOTHING is as it seems on the programming crap tv!

I think the powers that be must be having a mighty laugh on us... Ever since the mindless masses fell for the National Lottery bull, the carrot on a stick has kept getting bigger!! See how they flock to the TV talent shows and the big money games shows like flies round a heap of shit because they think they're gonna get thrown a bone.
It's sad and cruel. I think Goldenballs is one of the worst because the plot is to deceive your opponent and steal the jackpot. It rewards dishonesty.
