neutrino, maybe the lethargy is partly due to lack of iron and you were getting anemic?
lesleypumpshaft, I've only eaten the Quorn sausages and burgers and I do find them strong flavoured in a salty kind of way. I've never eaten meat so I can't do a comparison. |

I'm not in any way arguing against eating meat BTW. When it comes to nutrition, protein is pretty much the only thing you don't have to worry about. Just eat and it takes care f itself.

Vegetables which contain all 9 essential amino acids, i.e, 'complete proteins'.
