Default BPA in bottled water vs. Fluoride tap water

Which is more detrimental to your health? I drink Ozarka bottled water, and the company lists the fluoride content as at or less than 0.1 mg/L here, page 17 and my local tap water supplier lists the fluoride content as 1.2 mg/L and .421 mg/L on two separate tests, here.

I'd much rather drink the bottled water, but is it a worthy tradeoff to consume a fraction of the fluoride for BPA? I sure as hell don't want to be sterile.

I hear that only plastic bottles with the recycle codes 3 and 7 have BPA (Mine has 1). Then I hear that they all do. There's a lot of confusion regarding the topic, it must be deliberate. I have a hunch that it does leach BPA, and I've been drinking bottled water for the better part of the last two years.

Should I buy a filter? If so, which one? The one Alex Jones is doing a testimonial of?

The fluoride in spring water is naturally occurring and usually bound to other compounds that render it harmless.

As far as BPA in plastic bottles, I'm sure the plastic probably leaches some harmful substances when heated or exposed to sunlight, but I haven't seen much conclusive evidence that #1 plastic leaches BPA. However, there is almost definitely BPA in your tap water.

Thanks for the reply.

BPA in tap water? Damn, there's sodium fluoride, estrogen, and now BPA? That's a nasty chemical cocktail. I'm definitely sticking to the bottled water now.

Bottled water is good when you are out.
But at home get a reverse osmosis filter.

Iīve been using a water-destiller for 3 years now. Allegedly itīs the best method for purifying water. But then some say that itīs not done with that. You have to use a vortexer to delete the memory of the water and imbue it with life. And/or use a tachyonized beveled cell to re-vitalize the water + add some minerals e.g. Willards Water, Austrian Schindelens mineral powder or
Concentrace mineral concentrate.

Havenīt tried the cell/ minerals yet.

Wow, that's obsessive, don't you think?

------------------

There seems to be a lot of talk about water here recently

For me it's very simple, good water tastes good.
One can easily taste the plastic taste in bottled water
And one can easily detect the negative taste of tap water.
So you keep searching.
If you can afford a good filter then do it
But if you can't just carry one as usual and try to listen to your body.

But don't get obsessive about it as it's far more damaging
than not thinking about it at all!

We can't have the civilisation and eat it, if you know what I mean!

Yes I agree itīs complicated, and sometimes I get tired of eating all kinds of supplements, health-food and whatnot. but I have an illness I want to get rid of, so thats why I make the effort. Iīll admit it sounds obsessive...
