With the inception of the New World Order and the full-scale implementation process of marking billions of people in order to allow them access into my Kingdom, we will employ this full-scale surveillance program known as SNOOP, which stands for “Steve’s New Order Overseeing Program”. SNOOP will ensure everybody in my kingdom is on their best bevavior. I won’t need to worry about any such things as murder or theft or sexual abuse or any other sin because you all will be watched by my legion of angels possessing state of the art monitoring technology.

Everybody will behave and be happy.

Please understand that this technology is necessary because you humans are sinful and need to be watched and disciplined so you do not break my laws.

The unwilling and unmarked will not be allowed into my Kingdom and will assuredly perish from the elements due to their position outside the safe zone of the penumbra.

I assure you, this monitoring program will bring about righteousness, peace and joy, of which it was told in the Scriptures that my Kingdom would possess.
