I make myself the so called "erection tea" or the 5 Gs!
![]() Ginger Ginseng Ginko Bilboa Garlic Green Tea. It is the best tonic out there! Disclaimer: Not to be consumed when the weather is nice and all the girls are showing skin!

If you find green tea bitter, try white tea or try rooibos green tea, I've just started drinking it this week and its really nice

When green, black or white tea is drinking temperature, add 1/4 teaspoon of ascorbic acid (vitamin C) and boost the absorption of antioxidants by 80%! It also makes it taste like lemon.
Adding frozen berries also makes it taste nice and unique.

If your green tea is bitter you are making it wrong. The water should allowed to cool for a short while once boiled as a opposed to black tea.
Also if you steep the tea too long it can also become quite 'grassy'. Lemon and green tea is nice but oolong is still my favourite. |
