Default Favourite green tea infusions...

Just had my first mug of green tea, added a bit of ground cinnamon, it was very nice actually...... ever so slight bitter after taste was wondering how others drink theirs? going to try lemon and honey, maybe try some different herbs also......
What are your favourite tea infusions?

I make myself the so called "erection tea" or the 5 Gs!

Ginger
Ginseng
Ginko Bilboa
Garlic
Green Tea.

It is the best tonic out there!

Disclaimer: Not to be consumed when the weather is nice
and all the girls are showing skin!

Yeah, white tea tastes better, I find green tea far too bitter for my taste buds most of the time.

A company called 'Good Earth' do a white tea with citrus, which I really like...hard to find 'though, unfortunately I can only get it from the Whole Food Market stores.

When green, black or white tea is drinking temperature, add 1/4 teaspoon of ascorbic acid (vitamin C) and boost the absorption of antioxidants by 80%! It also makes it taste like lemon.

Adding frozen berries also makes it taste nice and unique.

If your green tea is bitter you are making it wrong. The water should allowed to cool for a short while once boiled as a opposed to black tea.

Also if you steep the tea too long it can also become quite 'grassy'.

Lemon and green tea is nice but oolong is still my favourite.
