Default So how you get by living with fluoridated water?

Luckily I haven't had to deal with fluoridated water for much of my life, but i might be moving to a place where the practice is widespread. If you live in a town that fluoridates it's water what do you do to minimize your risk? Does anyone here have any proactive advice on what i can do to lower my daily intake?

Staying healthy, sweating, eating fruits and vegetables, doing[coffee] enemas, and if you have the money for it- buy a propur water filter and shower filter.

Shower filters are neglected but you absorb a lot of the toxins in water through the steam.

I live in a fluoridated community [and can't afford filters], HAHA I saw this in the paper:

"
When asked about why he contributed so much money to support Corvallis city's water fluoridation program, Dr. [name omitted] replied, "$3000 is a small price to pay to make Corvallis a more pleasant place to live."
"

My brother and I were cracking up reading that. These people are fcking unreal.

Perhaps you can stock up on your non-fluoridated water before you move haha
Maybe even sell it for a profit at your new place

When you run out of supply, simply have somebody ship some water over to you lol

Shower filters do not remove the fluoride
They can remove the chlorine to a certain extent.

Avoid taking hot/warm showers
as the skin absorbs a lot more than taking it orally.
If you can't tolerate cold showers
then use a sponge to clean yourself with cold water.
