Years ago I was traveling a lot and this guy was sitting next to me downing those little bottles of Jack Daniels … 9 of them!
He was telling me what he did, he retrofitted airplanes …
I knew what he was referring to but I didn't dare say anything.

As we left, he turned around to me with tears in his eyes and said:
"Someday you'll thank your government for what they are doing."

The flight was from Denver to Seattle.
He was going to Oregon.
Evergreen is in Oregon ... ...

So I have held out some hope that there is a positive aspect of this haarp/chemtrail evil.
But perhaps he was tricked, fooled and didn't realize the direction it would go in.
Which now stinks!

This is the plane in question with the tanks its for fighting fires, now what its releasing in a chemtrail but its not the smoking gun your looking for, tho I would like to see what this can do at 40,000 feet I think it would look real cool dumping water at that altitude and it turning into ice.

These materials include,but are not limited to,water,gels,powders, chemicals and biological agents used for decontamination,neutralization,weather modification,oil spill treatment and firefighting.

OK before you jump up and down let me point out that the stuff coming out is doing so from a 16 inch pipe, and it drops 25,000 gallons in about 5 seconds and can dump 14.8 gallons in a 1 square foot area.

I will say this could have some very sinister applications even tho it seems legit for fire fighting. BUT I don't think this is flying at 40,000 feet and leaving chemtrails the idea of this thing is to dump its payload at or around 2,500 feet and do so in a few seconds. A lot has to do with the psi in the tanks as to how fast it comes out or how its mixed. From what I read on this so far it drops front to back and can mix two or more ingredients together as its spraying or mix all tanks right before they spray.

Considering who made this I would wonder how many of them are out there and who has them, because of the different chemical agents out there this could be nasty in the wrong hands.

With ammonia and chlorine in different tanks and released together you got a nasty fucking weapon, but that's just my thoughts.

A more interesting question is, “what is in the tanks?”

About 1998 I got a contract with Pemco (http://www.pemcoair.com/) to design a wastewater treatment system. Pemco was refurbishing KC-135 air-to-air refueling aircraft. My job was to design an aerobic biological treatment system to pre-treat the organic solvent used to strip paint off the aircraft before the paint-striper was discharged to the sewer.

The system was designed to grow microbes that would biologically digest the organic solvent paint stripper. The hanger that held the KC-135s was connected to the wastewater treatment plant building with an underground pipe.

The Pemco manager over the project died in a car accident shortly after the project was finished. A few months later Pemco completed the contract, and closed the facility.

But today, the biological treatment plant could be run in reverse. Almost any microbial organism could be grown in the aerobic and anaerobic tanks, and pumped into an airplane parked in the enormous airplane hanger. The entire operation could be done within buildings, and no one outside the buildings would see anything. The maintenance hanger is adjacent to the Alabama Air National Guard base.

So, the equipment to grow and spray biologicals on a large scale exists. I unwittingly helped design some of the equipment.

Hey. I won't fall into "profiling" just because it's some biker in a trailer.
He could be telling the G-d's honest truth (I believe he feels he is)
But there is the reverse...he could be lying to you, as well.
I look at both sides.

That video has been out there for awhile and as I recall it was an MD80 dumping fuel something that's done now and then. Keep in mind this was on a domestic flight with passengers on it so the only tanks you had on board where fuel tanks.

I agree with that but the dumping of fuel is very rare, keep in mind the cost of jet fuel and it don't pay the airliners to dump fuel for no reason either.

If an aircraft has to dump fuel, its done over the sea before landing. Didn't see any sea on the video.

Looks like sea to me, it's blue and lacking any features. But regardless, in an emergancy it can be done over land.
