It doesn't even have to be that extreme. When I was a teenager my weight was on the low side of normal, but I wasn't anorexic. I rode an exercise bicycle for 45 minutes and lifted a few weights. For three years I had no period but it came back soon as I had a job and stopped working out as much. No weight gain. My sister experienced the same.

When I abstain for ejaculation for long periods say two weeks I start going mental. it is not as though my libido is all that strong either it just it does my head in.

I suppose it needs to be channeled? Not sure how to effectively channel the energy or turn it into some kind of spirtual energy. I have trouble meditating especially if I am all wound up from not wacking off...

I have heard it said kundalini is sex energy I am not so sure there is a lot of information out there it is not very tangible or provable. Although I am very open minded to the possibilities.
