The Night of the Living Cheese Eaters

Cathar put on his bee keeper outfit and gas mask & opened the covering to the cave he had been living in for the past 8 weeks.It was early morning and the sun was just rising.There was no wind & it was very quiet .....

He looked at the meter of his radiation detector and saw that the levels were low."What a relief" he thought.In 8 weeks it had lost a lot of it's power apparently.He took off the cumbersome bee keeper outfit & the gas mask....He would not have need of them in the short time he intended to be outside today.

Cathar stepped back in the cave , set the rad dectecter down & picked up his shotgun.Outside again he started walking west towards the edge of the woods
where his cave was located.

As he made his way through the woods his mind churned up memories of the final days of the internet & the David Icke forum.The memories were crystal clear.He recalled the weeping ,wailing & gnashing of teeth of the forum members that had been in doom denial until almost the bitter end.....

He made a mental note to set the short wave radio ariel up & see if anybody was alive in the UK......He somehow doubted it given the size of the tsunami that was reported to be headed for the Emerald Isle before all communcation went silent.
He guessed he might get a signal from Australia or New Zealand.......but they were so distant that he couldn't count on it.

Suddenly the faint smell of cheese hit his nose....He snapped the safty on his shotgun and stepped behind the nearest tree.
