Default Vitamin D and Chemtrails

So this theory just popped into my head. I have had severe trouble getting my Vitamin D level to anywhere near normal for the past couple of years (low normal is 30, the highest I have ever been is 18). This is regardless of time spent in the sun & supplements. I was reading several months ago that low Vitamin D levels is one of latest "hot" medical issues affecting a lot of people.
I think it may have something to do with the increase in chemtrail activity over the last handful of years.
Anyone else have thoughts on this?

Agree with your theory. man made clouds / clouds created by cehmtrails also prevent people from getting cure from the sun. solar gazing health practices no longer possible.

Are you suggesting that the "man-made" clouds are preventing us from getting vitamin D ?
What purpose would that be ?

...because Vita D deficiencies have been known about way before "chemtrails".

I am aware of that, thank you. Vitamin D deficiency became ever more prevalent after the industrial revolution and in cities where coal burning was common.
Chemtrails may be aggravating the existing problem and perhaps creating new cases. It seems like I have heard everybody and their sister saying how their Vitamin D levels are low. This is in a country where people overconsume products that are Vitamin D fortified! Vitamin D fortification started as a result of the aforementioned rise of the problem in those polluted cities.
So, either the problem is on the rise and/or people are simply being tested for it now whereas it perhaps wasn't as common to test someone for that as a general health screening.
I don't have the definite answer. I wanted to find out about other people's experiences with it and their thoughts.
I have had terrible trouble getting mine anywhere near normal range. Even with heavy oral intake and sun exposure! It is really weird because it definitley corrlates with a lot of symptoms I have been having that never existed before the the Vit D thing.

I understand. Could it be your uptake of vitaD is hindered somehow ?
The additional supplements should have an impact.

Default Don't forget the cofactors

I don't know if you realise how important the cofactors of vitamin D are in raising blood levels? Without them your vitamin D levels will struggle to rise. Two of the most important cofactors are magnesium and vitamin K2. One of my friends had been taking 10,000iu's of vitamin D3 daily for over year, with very little change in her low vitamin D level. I advised her to use those two cofactors daily and her levels lept up, within a month!

very interesting post thanks
i feel that people are petrified of the sun these days though and spend far too muchtime indoors in general. the thin veil of white pastey cloud that seems to cover the sky any time we have a chance of an actual sunny day definitely makes the problem worse IMO
