Thinking about John...he probably wasn't the fantastic guy that most people thought he was - he had some major flaws in his character. And he was, I believe, manipulated by the power brokers which twisted him even more. Fame and fortune ruins many a man regardless, so I actually feel sorry for the guy. He had good intentions though and perhaps really was seen as a threat to the agenda, and thus eliminated. The state of illusion that gives rise to this is known as Maya. The concept of Saṃsara as a cycle of rebirth and suffering within the six realms is taught in Buddhism. To understand the concept of Saṃsara it is important to know about the six realms, rebirth, karma, and nirvana, which is known as the state beyond the suffering of Samsara.
