Truth be told, I'm against Facebook.
But then again, I sit back and I see even the mainstream news publish articles against the site. I see the considerable negative attention it receives in the media. So then I wonder, who's fault is it in reality? Why criticise Facebook? Most users are educated as to the risks and they are the ones that continue to use it. So sit back, update your profile and play Mafia Wars and in the meantime add to Zuckerberg's what is it, 7 billion (most of which is CIA money)? Personally, I think twitter is the best social networking site. Keeps things simple and private as it requires very little personal information. It's what social networking should be. Not totally, also collecting info. I resisted facebook until I found out that some dear relatives use it. And now many of my activist friends use it, too. So I miss out without it. And those are environmental activists, not reality believers. Sigh. I'm on there now. Have to admit, I enjoy seeing people's posts that I can't see otherwise, people I love who live on the mainland, etc. I don't post much myself. I figure any time I put info onto a site, they will sell it to someone. Love, angel
