makes me sick this kind of stuff.

Fuck the police and fuck the government. Making decisions on banning substances not even based on scientific research.

Who are they to tell us what we can and cannot put into our bodies. Why does the system insist on creating as many criminals as it can!

I like this bit... 'The Advisory Council for the Misuse of Drugs (ACMD) had recommended a ban, saying the substance was "likely to be harmful" despite incomplete research'

Likely to be harmful...hmm ok so why aren't cigarettes and alcahol banned? for one easy example.

On a side note, does anyone know if all police forces are as incompetent as Humberside police?

Crossing the road is likely to be harmful as is working on a building site.

I saw sumink bout another one in metro today abuot a 45 man that died.

Only turns out he has coronary heart disease aswell, yet header read ''Man dies of mephedrone''.

I remember all the crappola about Leah Betts,in the media, and the blackout later when her true post mortem results where completed.... back in 95/96 I think, with regards to deaths caused by ecstasy.....

There has to be some agenda that doesn't like the idea of young people using mind expanding drugs although at the same time, I'm sure we all know anyone who uses them to excess ends up with a harmful experience as opposed to an enlightening experience.

Remember there is no money to be made by TPTB on an untaxable drug...they would much rather you drank n smoked yourself to death!

Glad this inane media panic story has been shown to be completely idiotic.
Mephodrome has a very safe history with only one or two deaths linked Europe-wide to its usage. And they are very iffy. It was used, rather peculiarly, by Israeli clubbers for quite a long time before reaching Europe, with no deaths related.
It's not a 'good' drug by any means, but it is a relatively safe one

There is a vast difference between substance use and substance abuse plus same with everything else, the poison's in the dose. I think our glorious leaders should ban stinging nettles next

Are there any chemists on here that know how easy it is to make this stuff.

Of course to the PTB it is a taxable drug, 1. Tax the "offender" by stealing it off them. 2. Tax the "offender" with a fine. 3. Re-supply the streets and start the taxing all over again
