Is David's work in the Public Domain?

I want to get this information out to as many people as possible and the easiest to understand method are the DVD's.

However, i have not met a single person who is willing to pay £35 for a DVD!

I have seen loads of copies available on eBay and you can download all the lectures and interviews on the internet or stream them on Youtube etc.

Are the lectures and interviews all in the Public Domain so that they can be freely distributed to as many people as possible.

This would obviously be the easiest way to get this information out to the general public in an affordable or free manner.

Or are conspiracy theories just 'Big Business' and into this to make money.

I would appreciate any thoughts and input and would especially love to know that Davids work is in the Public Domain to ensure we get this information to as many people as possible.

I'm not sure if they are public domaine.... but most researchers 'reference' each others work, its realy hard to see how any of them can be 'copyright holders' of other peoples information.

They all fall in/out with each other regularly enough to see they are steppuing on each others toes.

Not talking about David in particular, but most conspiracy is based on the same principle as goverment - Fear.... and that generates money.

ALthough the videos are freely available on the internet does not mean they are in the public domain.

The reason i ask is because Alex jones, the US conspiracy theorist / Truth teller, has had all copies of his dvd's removed from ebay for copyright breach, and it iwas his company, infowars that did it.

For soemone who claims to be wanting to get the information to the people it seems strange that he would be claiming copyright to get his portion of the cash for others selling copies at £2 a pop, the profits must be amazing!!!!

I was trying to confirm whether or not david's work is the same.

I am having difficulty trying to find somewhere where it states that this information is free to distribute and actively encouraged by david's website itself, especially for his DVD lectures.

David's work is copyrighted and I'm pretty sure he wants you to buy his stuff. Remember this is how he makes a living. People have illegaly uploaded his lectures and he hasn't taken any action - I think maybe because it helps promote book sales. If it was all public domain he'd make that clear.

As for AJ stopping conmen from selling his stuff on Ebay, good on him. All of his stuff is free; so why would he let somebody sell them? These Ebay sellers aren't truthseekers, they're profit skimmers.

All this being said I think Icke could consider maybe some kind of prisonplanet.tv format where he can get subscriptions and stream his content.

It's not wrong for these men to sell their info - they've put hours of work in. It costs to make movies, to do tours & speeches etc etc

I've seen Icke stuff bootlegged on eBay recently and the people selling it have said it's public domain.

Have a look at the link to the site's shop - if it's available to buy then we do not allow copies to be sold, links to be posted for download or to watch etc. etc.

Most of Alex Jones' stuff is free to download/copy/distribute. But that does not mean you can sell and make a profit from it. That's probably why he had his stuff taken off ebay.

David Icke has plenty of material out there that is free to distribute too.
