A Pennsylvania witness photographed an unusual stationary light in the sky March 13, 2010, and is interested in knowing if it can be identified, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) database.

I was doing some star gazing with my 20x80 astronomical binoculars trying to get a good view of Mars to the direct west. I then noticed a brightly light pulsating light that appeared to have a rotation of colors (red/blue/yellow) off on the distance towards the shores of Lake Erie, in Erie PA.

I tried using my bino's but hand shake was too much, so I then went to my Kodak z612 digital camera that has a 2x tele-converter matched to the already strong 12x digital zoom or 420mm (2x) doubled together (840x).
I live on the higher portion of Erie on what is called Chestnut Hill on or above of West Grandview Blvd with a panoramic view of the city and shoreline.
I first took video of the object for a few seconds but zoom in video mode in very limited. I then switch to photo mode with the settings still set for Mars with with a longer shutter speed and aperture settings.


It was only visible for about 10 minutes and stayed stationary the whole time in relation to the stars and planets (Mars) in the same sky shot. I was very excited and kept trying new ways and camera settings but the last time or about 10 minutes in length I returned to the window the the last time and it was gone!

The attached photo is the only one I got off minus the brief video that I mistakingly deleted, which only showed a long off blinking light anyway.

I have submitted 3 versions, first one is the un-edited version, the second is the cropped version and the last is the color inverted image that shows it is a solid object versus the black sky.

I am looking for someone to match up the light pattern, colors and placement to some sort of terrestrial aircraft or to confirm my sighting as a UFO event.

UFO Photographed Over Chilean Desert by Bus Passengers in Chile





In last three days its our 3rd post regarding UFO activity over Chilean airspace.Which clearly indicating that UFO Flap is going on right now in Chile. Yesterday we reported about Luminous Extraterrestrial Humanoid Entity Seen By Bus Passengers in Chile and UFO Sighting videotaped prior and after Chile Earthquake on February 27, 2010.

Now, according to eyewitness Bar Los Bravos del Morro, while he was making his trip from Iquique to Antofagasta by bus. Around 7AM driver stopped the bus to get off to urinate and that when we saw the UFO.

The above image was photographed by him from the roof of the bus while other passengers were also witnessed the UFO sighting.Location of the UFO Sighting was between Iquique and Antofagasta.

Update : We emailed Bravos to share more vital information regarding this UFO sighting.

According to independent photographic experts, the disc's calculated velocity was between 130 to 170mph, and had no apparent wings or tail that would signify it as an airplane. However, researchers at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory computer enhanced the image and found that there might have been a tail rudder. The filming is shown first at real speed, then again in slow motion.

Russian Navy has released new data on UFOs

The former chief commander of the Soviet Navy has revealed information on UFOs that until recently had been secret. The Soviet Navy had so many encounters with mysterious objects raising from or diving into the ocean that a special analytic group was set to make weekly reports to the naval commander-in-chief. The Russian website Free Press (svpressa.ru) interviewed that officer on July 16.

Vladimir N. Chernavin, 81, was the chief commander of the Soviet Navy and deputy minister of defense of the USSR from 1985 to 1992. He is the recipient of several high Soviet and Russian state honors. The material he presented is peppered with the names of other distinguished Soviet naval officers. Some of those officers have spoken before about their knowledge of UFOs, but others are being publicly associated with the phenomenon for the first time.

Among the information Chernavin revealed are these statistics provided by former naval captain of the first rank Vladimir Azhazha: “Fifty percent of meetings with UFOs are connected with the ocean, and 15 percent with lakes.” Forty-four percent of cases have been recorded in the Atlantic Ocean, 16 percent in the Pacific, 10 percent in the Mediterranean Sea.

Azhazha also recounted an incident in the Pacific Ocean, when a Russian submarine was pursued by six unidentified objects, which emerged from the water and took flight after the submarine surfaced to evade them.

Azhazha is the author of dozens of books and articles on UFOs. He was the captain of the experimental submarine Severyanka in the 1960s and has recounted his experiences with unidentified objects under water before.

Former rear admiral and nuclear submarine commander Yury Beketov is quoted describing events that occurred in the Bermuda Triangle. “We repeatedly observed that the instruments detected the movements of material objects at unimaginable speed, around 230 knots (400 km. per hour [250 m.p.h.]). It’s hard to reach that speed on the surface – only in the air [is it readily possible]… The beings that created those material objects significantly exceed us in development.”

Naval intelligence expert and captain for the first rank Igor Barklay noted that the unidentified objects were most often spotted in deep water near where military forces are concentrated – off the Bahamas, Bermuda, Puerto Rico and the east coast of the United States.

Unexplained activity in Lake Baikal is also recorded. In 1982, divers on a training exercise encountered swimmers in silver outfits with no visible breathing apparatus. They were at a depth of 50 meters (164 feet). Three people died trying to pursue the mysterious swimmers.

The link between UFOs and the ocean has been noted before, Capt. Vladimir Prikhodko commented on the information. He noted that American naval forces have also had experiences with rapidly-moving objects underwater and above it in the Caribbean Sea and elsewhere.

"Giant Fireball" Lights up the Night Sky

EASTERN IOWA — If you were outside enjoying the weather Wednesday night, you might have spotted a cosmic light show streak across the Iowa sky.

The meteor burning through the atmosphere appeared to be a “giant fireball", it was spotted just after ten o'clock Wednesday night. Reports have been coming into the KCRG-TV9 newsroom from viewers who witnessed the event across Eastern Iowa, southwest Wisconsin and northwest Illinois.

Additional reports have been coming in from Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota, Indiana and Michigan.

So what was it that everyone saw? There has been no official confirmation to determine what fell from the sky. One possibility, discussed by the National Weather Service, is that what many people across the Midwest saw was a meteor. The bright meteor may be related to a weak ongoing meteor shower, the Gamma Virginids. Read more from the Weather Water Cooler.

Witness Statement:

I was called outside by my son and his friend, the witness stated. I saw a straight line of orbs in the sky. It split and separated into three different triangles.

I then called my husband outside and he witnessed them moving across the sky.

I told my son to grab the camera to see if I could take a picture before it disappeared. My spouse took the photos and wished he could have zoomed in more. I felt amazed.

I only heard of these things happening on TV. I searched the web for a site to report it and here I am.

Video: Fighter Jets chase UFO down the M5, West Midland, -England

TWO fighter jets are filmed whizzing over the M5 - apparently in pursuit of a UFO.

A mystery cameraman took footage of the military aircraft chasing the shiny orb.

The 30-second clip is believed to have been taken from a West Midlands service station car park.

Expert Nick Pope, who probed UFO sightings for the MoD, said: "This is one of the best videos I've seen. It could be a new drone - that might explain the military jets.

"But you don't normally test-fly secret projects in daylight. Alternatively, this could be the real thing - a UFO in our airspace and military aircraft scrambled to intercept, probably due to it being tracked on radar."

The MoD refused to comment on the alleged sighting, but confirmed it would scramble jets to meet an air threat.

West Midlands Police said: "We are not aware of any reports of unidentified aircraft near the M5."

Day-time footage from Florida, -USA

(New style UFO seen in multiple locations)

On April 13th 2010 a very new and strange style of UFO was spotted and filmed in the SW Florida region of the US.


Though its getting harder to tell real from fake it's always entertaining to digest the information that is thrown out there for our consumption.
We found the following footage by You Tuber "JoinOurBandOfBelief taken on April 13th 2010 interesting due to the similarities with another image we recieved just the other day from fellow enthusiast and reader M. Akkerman which clearly shows a similar object trying to pass itself off as a conventional jet aircraft. Since our staff work and reside under the glide paths of a commercial airport we often film cross traffic of all types of aircraft including fighter jets out of the local AFB and nothing we have captured on camera looks like this object which was also photographed on April 13th from a location far away from the SW Florida region.

November 07, 2009 — VORTEX,ORB, UFO, Blackhole Insanity- I don't know.. I have about an hour of this footage, this is a shorter clip to show the reference point. Was about 4 AM-6 AM South. Altoona, PA. I used optical zoom and occasionally hit on the digital zoom.
