Rather than 'morales' and putting labels as what is deemed well or not, try adopting Personal Policies.
The first one I abide by is No Lying. I hate liars, can't stand frauds, so I choose to not spread that energy myself. Second is when I meet someone new, I remember 'Namaste', which helps to deflect any potential negative energy the new person is carrying. Third policy is patience. Try and enjoy the moment, rather than hope the next one come too quick. The energy of this age is very strange, and people have forgotten two important things - - Words have power. Thoughts are things.
