It is unfortunate that the best leaders are those who have no interest in leading, so in your selection be aware of the ego's that are most liable to come your way to offer service, politicians are usually psychopathic by nature because of their express need to climb the ladder of success without feeling for who they tread on the way up, that is the only function of the ego to show yourself one step higher than the rest, I comprehend that you are doing this from nessessity (mother of invention) but you will have a hard time getting people with a true freeman outlook to be any kind of elder or ombudsman
