More than 9,000 adverts will appear on billboards across England showing how Britain could soon see an end to its traditional seasons because of climate change. According to the Department of Energy and Climate Change, the adverts will silence sceptics who doubt the impact of greenhouse gases. Energy and climate change minister Joan Ruddock explained the posters brought the issues of climate change to people's doorsteps, highlighting that it is a danger that will affect everyone as opposed to just distant countries. She said: "With just 13 days before the crucial Copenhagen talks begin it is essential that we are all informed and aware of the threats posed to us by serious climate change. "Our new Act on CO2 campaign shows how serious it is, but it also shows that we can all do something about it." The billboard campaign follows on from the government's broadcast adverts, in which officials attempted to educate the public about the catastrophic dangers of climate change. Absolutely outrageous after the CRU leak.
I was listening to BBC Radio 5 Lve this lunch and they are still pushing recent flooding = climate change. No mention of Britains disappearing flood plains. |

I have got a better idea, why not just round these lieing control freaks up, put them all on big luxury ocean liners, and sink them off the coast of the Antarctic.
so we can prosper in freedom, liberty, and the pursuit of happyness

Hell yes! as Banksy rightly points out, the true eyesores of our land are billboards and advertising, graffiti is a great counter to it.

May I suggest that we all use the same word on these posters/billboards, just the one word....
LIES Isn't that enough? It should be all over the mainstream media by now, and this is too much of a coincidence to be ignored, on the same day that the government pushes out this big campaign we also get the exposure of the Climate Research Unit deliberately lying about global warming. Strike while the iron is hot brothers and sisters, the revolution's here

"The final stage of the government's Act on CO2 campaign is to be unveiled today (November 23rd)."
So soon after the floods eh, what a coincidence! Wonder if they had a helping hand in that rain storm stalling over Britain? that's what it did, it stopped, it wasn't that it was an excesssive amount of rain, it was that it just stopped, now how in the hell could climate change pull that one off?
