Default britains really disgusting food

I have only watched the dairy one as of yet..it was worth the watch to see wats really going in to our food!

I watched the one regarding meat. It was showing the process of mechanically recovering meat that looked horrible, the tinned hotdogs he purchased was even worse.

Seen the meat and diary ones Alex has done. Really like the way he portrays a serious message in a comedic way. Needs to do one on artificial sweeteners, I wish

I've just been shopping and spent ages looking at labels for aspartame. Its unbelievable how many foods contain it now!

Indeed loopy even so called bio friendly organic yoghurt contain them I have found. Also look out for the artificial chemical, Sucralose its 3 times as sweet as aspartame. Gotta love these food scientists!

Yup if you are going to have sugar best bet is brown sugar straight from the cane as even refined white contains nasties.
