Does anyone know how I can aquire an app for my Samsung android so I can use it as a driver to patch into my laptop and operate from there instead.

You mean like remote desktop your laptop using your phone?

Try www.teamviewer.com I think they have an android app.

You'd also need it installed on your laptop of course.
