Hello all,
I think many people believe this, but Ive experience first hand the corrupation and profit drive mindself the the american medical system and was lucky to get out alive.
First of all, I suffered from depression for many years, so I tried many drugs. Eventually one of the drugs almost killed me and gave me glaucoma. When I went off the drugs, my vision returned and my health returned.
What I learned is that the doctors will lie lie lie, when theres any problem with your medication. They have no shame. They are essentially drug pushers. I literally could have died, luckily I survived. But one doctor finally admitted that it was the drugs that did this to me, and I met with about 10.
Secondly, I dont rule out all anti depressant medications. I think for people with severe depression or mental illness, they are warranted. For me in the long run I am not depressed anymore thanks to the drugs, so they can surve a purpose.
During all this, I did much research and reading. What I learned is that many drugs do not do anything and in fact can be rather dangerous. Many of these psychotropic drugs, and then especially some heart medications, and then the glaucoma medications I learned about as welll. In all cases there are natural alternatives to these medications.
I also learned that many many operations are unwarranted. For instance angioplasties are largely ineffective. On top of that, chemotherapy has such a miniscule success rate that its largely a waste. For instance, you might get a 30 percent survival rate over 5 years. However your time left most likely will be a living hell due to the severe side effects of chemo, and in my opinion its not even worth it, just enjoy the rest of your life without chemo.
I have seen this system up close, and kind of know the ins and outs of the lies that they tell and how the corrupt hospitals work. Its scary out there.
